Utility room - with washer/dryer, American fridge freezer with ice maker, access to WC, garden, and garage
Relaxing room - with recliner sofa, TV, and modern décor for quiet moments
Downstairs WC - with toilet and hand basin
Underfloor heating throughout (timed, adjustable via welcome pack instructions)
