The house and grounds are lovely. The staff and shuttle service were great. There were some issues with cleanliness but once reported, were looked into immediately. Sad that bar/restaurant weren’t open but a very enjoyable stay.

Great to Get Away
It was nice to get away with friends after COVID, everyone on the island is super friendly and speaks to you.
We had some issues after check in: shower head fell off and dishwasher didn't work. They were taken care of right away by the staff.
On the VRBO site where I booked, it says no children. Therefore, we assumed we would have an adult only vacation and were excited to do so. Upon arrival, there were several families there with children. When I talked to Scott, he was surprised about what I saw on the VRBO site. We showed each other the site where children were allowed and not allowed. I have asked for a night refund as we would have stayed somewhere else without children had we known. But after 3 weeks with no answer, I guess that won't happen. A couple of nights it was so noisy with them yelling ( I know it was just kids having fun) that we went inside, but after 10 days we were ready to go.
We did an ATV ride that was fun and also bought fish from the fish market and cooked it at the condo. Great food at the Green Parrot and Latitudes.
