The apartment is equipped with a TV in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen, Wi-Fi, and everything needed for cooking.
The living room features air conditioning, a TV, an armchair, and a sofa bed, along with a kitchenette equipped with an electric oven, a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the necessary dishes and utensils for cooking.
The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a washing machine, toilet, bidet, shower, and sink.
The apartment is completed by a hallway with a large wardrobe and a small, livable terrace with an awning.
The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible via two flights of stairs.
There are unassigned parking spaces in the building’s common area; therefore, availability cannot be guaranteed. Free parking is available on adjacent streets.
The seaside promenade, the train station, and the bus station are all within a very short walking distance.
At check-in, which must be done in person, all guests must present valid identification, and payment of the tourist tax set by the Municipality of Rapallo at €2.50 per person per day will be required (as per Article 4 of Decree-Law No. 50/2017).
