Villa Selini is great for a large group or two families

This house is 140m² and laid out in three levels and can easily accommodate four to nine people. There are three main big terraces of a total 90m² with pergola shaded areas and single roof for protection from sun and rain.Also a nice grassed garden, ideal for the children or just chilling out. On the lower garden level a swimming pool will cool you of the hot days of the summer.

The entrance is located on the ground floor where the living room with the fireplace is, along with the open plan kitchen and dinning area. The ground floor offers direct access to both terraces.

On the upper level are situated the master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. They share a bathroom with shower. In addition, in this level there is an office space with a large panoramic window and a seating sofa that can accommodate another visitor. This space is ideal for reading, working and playing.

The lower level has two more bedrooms one of which has a double bed. They share a bathroom with a bathtub. The tool pantry is also located in this level.

The house sits on a 2,000m² plot of land and it is totally independent and detached. There is a vegetable garden with organic fresh vegetables for you to pick as well as a herb garden for your cooking seasoning.

The village of Agios Georgios Nilias in Pilion is about 30minutes from Volos heading towards Milies or Vizitsa villages , and 15 minutes to the sea.The traditional village is charming and has nice churches and monasteries (a 13th century monastery located just 5minutes from the house). Also, one can enjoy hiking in the mountain or nice strolls into the village directly from the villa.

In pilion you can board the famous old heritage Pelion train and enjoy a ride of unique beauty. This railway line was constructed in 1895 by the father of the famous painter Giorgio de Chirico.
The beaches in the gatzea area are at a distance of 15 minutes away from the house.
Explore the woods 15 minutes from the house by foot.
Also, if you are interested to walk with your friends, there is a wonderful network of stone donkey paths dating back hundreds of years known as 'KALDERIMI'.For more information , visit the site

You can reach the woods with the children in 10 minutes by foot ,where they can play and pick all kind of flowers (pelion has about 2500 different kinds of plants to be found.Near the wood, there is also a farm and a taverna with small ponies for horse riding (paliovigla is the name of the place).

In case of emergency Volos hospital can be reached in 25 minutes .

wonderful stay with amazing view

Exceptional property with stunning sea and mountain view beautifully designed house, with a nice garden and pool. All amenities and services were first class and flawless. Overall fantastic experience especially thanks to Stathis personalized kind support. Paradiesischer Urlaub am Pilion

Wir besuchten Agios Georgios auf dem Pilion mit der Familie und Freunden zum ersten Mal. Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Sellini war aussergewöhnluch schön! Hierzu trug die Lage am Hang bei, die einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer, das Dorf und die Berge bot. Villa und Grundstück sind sehr liebevoll und mit Stil gestaltet. Mehrere Ebenen und Terrassen geben Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, ebenso die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer und Bäder auf zwei Etagen. Die Betreuung und der Service durch PELION HOMES war erstklassig und individuell. Zu Fuß konnten wir schöne Tavernen in Agios Georgios erreichen. Zu den Stränden nutzten wir ein Auto. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gern weiter!

Außerordentliche Erfahrung im Pelion - Natur pur! Ursprüngliches Haus in den Bergen, über Serpentinenfahrt durch wunderschöne Natur zu erreichen. Sehr angenehme Temperatur im Hochsommer, da Berglage. Rundum Meerblick und Pool zum Abkühlen und 'Abhängen'. Sehr gute Betreuung durch alle Mitarbeiter der Agentur. Diverse Freizeitmöglichkeiten, von Aktivität bis Chillen alles möglich. Lovely House. Stunning Views. Wonderful Host. Totally Recommended.

As a family group of seven, the house worked perfectly for us. The main outside terrace with comfortable seating area and hammock looking out over the amazing views of the gulf was the house's highlight. We also made use of the fireplace on a couple of cooler evenings as well as the outside pizza oven. Everything in the house has been done so tastefully and thoughtfully. The mezzanine study area looking out to sea was another highlight for a couple of our party who had some holiday homework to do. Some of us had visited the Pelion before, but this was our first trip in the Autumn. It was a treat with the wonderful colours of the trees, cool temperatures for walking, but still warm enough to swim in the sea. Stathis is delightful, attentive and helpful. Thank you.

An inspiring home away from home!

I loved everything about Villa Selini, the house itself, with its inspiring architecture (beautiful rooms, wonderful views from the windows, varying spaces), the amazing amenities it provided as well as the outdoor spaces which allowed you to savour the breathtaking view from the house. Staying there was so re-energizing, I got a much needed dose of beauty and serenity. The pool was an added bonus which allowed us to enjoy the garden in a different way. Spectacular home from home with heavenly views

Our stay at Villa Selini was magical. The villa is very well equipped and has breathtaking views. The garden and pool were beautifully cared for and the vegetable garden was a huge bonus. The house really felt like our home and we settled in immediately. The visiting black and white collie, Max, was the icing on the cake and made the kids feel totally at home. We dined outside every night and read or listened to The Magus and Captain Correlli in the hammock and comfortable sofas after dinner. One evening we went up to the amphitheatre whilst walking the dog and came across rehearsals for a greek play as the sun was setting. Stathis and his father couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful and gave us great advice on the kind of places that suited us to visit. We hope to come back again - maybe in winter. We'd highly recommend this villa.

Great and comfortable stay in Villa Selini. Beautiful view and peaceful environment.A solid choice for friends or family since we visited the place as a group of nine people. Stunning location, well designed and private villa

We holiday as family, with our 3 adult children and partners, and love mountains for walking and cycling, rivers and sea for swimming, and eating well. Pelion as a whole was a revelation, beautiful and hospitable. Villa Selini has stunning views and is well designed, comfortable with character, although it would be a bit cramped if the weather didn't allow you to lounge outdoors and eat together on the massive outside table enjoying the panoramic vista. Stathis and Lina were very welcoming and helpful in introducing us to the area, we had a wonderful holiday.

Belle maison décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Stathis est un hôte exceptionnel !

Nous avons passé 15 jrs dans cette maison au mois d'août et notre séjour a été très réussi. La maison dispose d'une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe : dinners dans la fraîcheur avec cette vue ...! La région est superbe et Stathis fait très bien les choses pour vous permettre de la decouvrir aisément ; petit livret maison des coins à voir, restau, activités...etc sans parler de son extrême gentilllesse et disponibilité pour vous accueillir et vous fournir de multiples renseignement et services. Concernant la région : villages de montagne, mer, plages et criques, randos, et gastronomie : il y a de quoi passer de super vacances dans le Pelion.

Dreamy Villa in Pelion

Villa Selini is located in one of the most amazing places in Pelion. The house itself was better than what we could imagine, winning our hearts from the moment we arrived with the lavender and the chocolate on our pillows, with a generally very friendly atmosphere, beautiful decoration and a breathtaking view. The owner, Stathis, always there for everything we needed, prepared for us lovely breakfast meals and dinners for our yoga retreat, and even joined us at our practices! I did't want to leave, so i am definately going back very very soon! Don't miss out on the experience!

Amazing property, amazing location, amazing hosts!

We were 4 adults and 3 kids that stayed at Selini Villa for Christmas and we would definetely recommend! It is more than fully equipped - the hosts have thought of everything from Greek tea blends to outdoors BBQ! The property is clean and well-mantained, our host was extremely helpful and reachable & there are many things to keep the whole family entertained around the area - whether it is hiking, horse riding or just walking around traditional Greek villages. The view is one thing that will keep us warm and relaxed throughout 2017!

Most fantastic staying in Greece

Pelion home is the located in the side of the mountain facing the most stunning view of sea, mountain and the beautiful village. The design of the house make it more spacious than it actually is. There are six of us staying, we feel we have room for even 10 people. The hospitality is incredible. The owner has been very thoughtful in almost everything, including giving road instruction, suggesting activities and surrounding facilities. When I see a booklet of all information provided with warm welcome with my name on it, I was so touched! There are also two CDs of greece traditional music. There are nice beaches with 15 minutes drive. We did SUP yoga in the nearby beach. The beach is warm and calm.

We loved the view, the place, the silence, the house and all Pelion! It was perfect!

The house is beautiful and big enough for 2 families, the view from the terasa is breathtaking. We spend some nice mornings and evenings on the terasa, one time we cooked on the wood oven. All the area is nice, the village is quite, has some nice tavernas with tasty homemade food, like the grandma is cooking. We made some trips around the coast, nice roads with view on the see and beatiful panorama. The owner and his father were really nice and helpful. We enjoyed every minute and really charged our baterrys!

The ultimate place to go!

The villa is excellent, with a supreme view and a wonderfull garden. In fact, one of my favourite spots is the spacious terrace, where you can share moments of fun, while, eating and drinking with friends. Its interiors are designed, so as, to feel cosy and relaxed, respecting the Greek traditional architecture of the area. Η διαμονή μας στο Villa Selini (Pelion Homes) ήταν ΑΡΙΣΤΗ. Η πρόσβαση ήταν αρκετά εύκολη μιας και ο Στάθης (ιδιοκτήτης-διαχειριστής) μας παρέλαβε στην είσοδο του χωριού για να μην ψάχνουμε. Το σπίτι είναι έτσι όπως ακριβώς φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Πανέμορφο, λειτουργικό και καλοδιατηρημένο. Πεντακάθαρο και εξοπλισμένο με ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί ακόμα και μία οικογένεια. Δεν έλειπε τίποτα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης κατά την άφιξη μας, μας έδωσε αναλυτικές και αρκετά εύστοχες πληροφορίες για το τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε στην περιοχή του Πηλίου. Επίσης, το μέρος που βρίσκεται το σπίτι, είναι σε πολύ καλή θέση, δεδομένου ότι βρίσκεται στη μέση από όλα σχεδόν τα σημαντικά χωριά που μπορεί κανείς να επισκεφτεί. Συνοπτικά, θα επαναλάβω ότι η διαμονή μας ήταν άριστη και ευχαριστούμε τον Στάθη για τον επαγγελματισμό του αλλά και τις προσφερόμενες υπηρεσίες. Οι τιμές κράτησης κρίνονται απόλυτα λογικές και άκρως ανταγνωνιστικές σε σχέση με αυτό που ''λαμβάνει'' ο επισκέπτης.

Magical moments on Mount Pelion

The description of the property waw accurate. The house is furnished in the traditional style of Pelion. The property is well maintained by the family. The house was well heated with constant hot water. The fridge was well stocked and there jams, marmelades and bread for our breakfast the next day. The view is breathtaking and the surrounding gardens very relaxing. You are so close to nature, you feel you are a part of it. Very relaxing indeed. Will go back any time.

Back again this year - for a wonderful vacation

We came back again this year to Villa Sellini with the extended familly, We used the Villa as a base and as a home. Most days we went out both for local hiking up the Pelion mountain or down to the Sea using the local Kalterimi ( old stone roads ), Every day we selected from the many options and traveled to a different beach in Plelion, some sand, some white pebbles, some large and some very small and private. We also went kayaking for half a day. The Villa was also a home for cooking and just relaxing inside the marvelous views not wanting to leave. Ira

Πανέμορφη θεά !!!!!!! Με παροχές που δεν περιμέναμε ,ήταν άρτια εξοπλισμένο και πραγματικά ένοιωθες σαν στο σπίτι σου ... ένα ζεστό σπιτάκι εναρμονισμένο με το γύρω περιβάλλον με ξύλινα και πέτρινα στοιχειά .Μείναμε όλοι ευχαριστημένοι από την εξυπηρέτηση και ανεπιφύλακτα θα το προτείναμε σε όσους επισκέπτονται το Πήλιο είναι ιδανικό μέρος για διαμονή ! Υ.Γ. λατρέψαμε το χαδιάρικο σκυλάκι που μας κράτησε συντρόφια και τις γάτες που ήταν εκεί <3

We are a family who has fallen in love with this beautiful area.
For the past 30 years we have been spending many months each year in the village of Agios Georgios Nilias enjoying the tranquility and slow pace of this region in Pelion.
Over the years we have invited friends to share some time with us in the village,and the result has been that many have since, bought houses of their own ,in order to enjoy their holidays on and on.
We have decided to give this opportunity to those who do not have a property of their own, but who would love to spend their holidays in this beautiful village in the mountain in a peaceful way and feel like home.Therefore ,the house ,”Selini” ,that we offer for long or short lease has been designed and decoreated with care and love as if it were for us to live in.
