Boutique Guesthouse , rooftop view and breakfast!

A central location just minutes from all the major attractions, breakfast on the rooftop overlooking Rome, sunset aperitifs overlooking the Vatican, and a private hot tub with 360° views of the city are available.
Our 12 rooms are all located on the top floor of our elegant 19th-century building with an elevator. Marble floors, soft colors, and breathtaking views characterize our rooms.
All 12 rooms or just a portion of the property can be rented, subject to availability.
