I am from London and came to Eastbourne for the excellent schools and beautiful environment to raise my children who have now flown the nest I built for them which my guests can now enjoy
Why they chose this property
Between the sea and the South Downs is an ideal place to enjoy the English countryside. Originally one of the 46 Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty now called the South Downs National Park accessed via Beachy Head a short walk from our front door along the charming regal promenade and seafront.
What makes this property unique
We are located in an enviable position between the Wish Tower Martello Fort and the Pier putting us at the heart of the seafront whilst also being adjacent to the major theatres, art galleries and restaurants.
