This apartment located in the calle Alcalá, is in one of the most ideal locations to enjoy Madrid. It is next to the Plaza de Cibeles, the Metropolis building and the Canalejas Center - thus ideal for those looking to discover the city thanks to its central location. Choosing Alcalá IX means staying in a highly sought after area of the city, with the Retiro Park just a 10 minute walk away, surrounding yourself with shops displaying the best international designers have to offer, enjoying the Gran Vía or visiting the best museums in the country.
The apartment is located within a historic building that enjoys pleasant views of one of the best streets in Madrid thanks to its large windows. It is a very bright apartment that has been decorated to a high level of finish, taking care of every detail with quality materials that combine classic and contemporary elements in its interior design.
As soon as you arrive, you´ll be impressed by the inviting entrance hall. The white, blue and gray tones enhance its brightness and stand out appeal. The kitchen has been designed with natural stone materials mixed with metal finishes, where you can enjoy a quiet breakfast and is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay.
Area: 186 m2. Fourth floor exterior. The living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa, two coffee tables, two armchairs, a side table with a lamp, a standing lamp, Amazon Alexa and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The dining area comes with a table with seats for up to six people. The kitchen is open into the living area and it comes with a breakfast bar and three stools. In addition, it is fully equipped. The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed (1,80m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with lamps, an armchair, a flat screen TV mounted on the wall, a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The second bedroom comes with a double bed (1,80m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with lamps, a flat screen TV mounted on the wall, a walk-in closet and suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom comes with two single beds (0,90m x 2,00m), two bedside tables with lamps, a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a shower. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathrooms which are tiled.
All the properties we manage are intended to meet temporary non-touristic accommodation needs and comply with the requirements established by current regulations, including those set forth in Royal Decree 1312/2024.
To formalize any stay, it is mandatory to sign a rental agreement specifying the purpose of the trip. Refusal to sign this agreement may be considered sufficient grounds for cancelling the reservation.
