The pretty village of Lynmouth awaits just 1 mile away, home to a generous choice of waterside pubs, cafes and shops, as well as offering access to the dramatic South West Coast Path. Its sister town Lynton perches further up the cliff, and the best way to visit is via the Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway (1 mile away). Further inland, Watersmeet (2 miles) offers riverside serenity, while the famed Valley of Rocks (2 miles) promises far-reaching ocean views and wild animals. Other nearby spots include surf-paradise Woolacombe (18 miles) and the market town of Dulverton (20 miles).
