Experienced walkers might also wish to venture 18 miles to Pendle Hill, famed as the home of the Pendle Witches and for the 1612 witch trials, to experience its steady climb and panoramic views from the top. Those with children may be keen to plan an afternoon out at the Bowland Wild Boar Park, 6.5 miles away. Here, the youngsters can meet the animals and enjoy park rides and indoor and outdoor play areas. Explore Clitheroe, 12 miles away, with its castle, during your stay too.

Open the door to the Juliet balcony during the spring and summer months to allow in a fresh breeze and better survey your beautiful surroundings. The kitchen space, with its cream cabinets and wood work surfaces, has been fitted out with everything you need to help you cater for your party during your stay.
