We're Back! Fully Renovated in 2023! Welcome to the Mango Villa located at 150 Mango Street, Fort Myers Beach. Private heated pool in large backyard, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Steps away from the beach where paradise is waiting for you. (STR Registration #19-1030)

Walk right outside the door and you're steps away from sinking your toes into our white sand beaches and warm gulf waters. Centrally located at the North end of the island. Walk to Times Square to enjoy shopping and dining. Close to all Fort Myers Beach has to offer while also located on a quiet residential street, this home is perfect for those that demand both proximity and tranquility!

For beach adventures, the beach offers watersport activities including jet ski rentals, parasailing rentals and dolphin watching in the gulf.

***Hurricane Ian Disclosure***

On September 2022, Fort Myers Beach was impacted by Hurricane Ian, a Category 4/5 storm. Hurricane recovery efforts are still in progress. Many beaches, restaurants and stores are already open and welcoming visitors. The good news is that the island is open, the weather is great and the situation is improving every day. Whether vacationing or working here, we ask guests to be mindful of the challenges that our community is facing and understanding of current limitations. Please note that there will be workers, trailers, and construction activity/potential noise in the surrounding area, but there will not be any construction inside of the home.

The location is great, just minutes from the beach and food. The heated , private pool was clean and warm. We enjoyed lounging in the pool side chairs. The shed has a wagon and beach/pool toys that came in handy. The beds are comfortable . The layout of the house has a good flow. Communication with the host was convenient and timely . We had a pleasant stay.

Perfect spot for our long weekend family escape

Everything was perfect for our family, we especially loved the welcome basket that helped us get out little vacation started, the plethora of beach and bath towels and beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon! Short, easy walk to the beach and far enough from the party goers. Don't miss the beach in the evening for the best sunset and all the wonderful sea creatures!

Girls getaway

We had a great stay in ft myers. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and walkable to many restaurants. The pool was the perfect temperature. Lots of beach items to use. The wagon was helpful for toting things and it was great to have an umbrella, chairs and a cooler to use at the beach! Would recommend!

Mango villa was absolutely perfect. Very accommodating for our family with two under 3. Walking a short distance to the beach saved us $20 parking and there was a grocery close by. Pool was great for kids to splash in (ocean was a little chilly). Would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway

Everything was perfect and as advertised. The pool was wonderful…the on site laundry was very convenient…everything was just perfect. Check in was effortless and the host responded to messages within minutes. Had zero problems. The shower is amazing…everything was great. We hope to return someday — or at least visit another property owned by the same host! It was just perfect!

Spring Break (Family)

Great location, perfect house for a family of 4. Walking distance to everything you need. Other restaurants were an easy short drive. 5 Minute walk to the beach, beach accessories were available (chairs, umbrella & wagon). Would definitely return and rent again. Can't wait to see the rebuilding progress of the area in the future.

Beach cottage beauty

We loved this little beach cottage. It was right across the street from the house. We also enjoyed a night swim in the packyard pool after dinner. I loved the king size beds in both bedrooms. They were very comfortable. Downtown time square was just a short walk and we enjoyed shopping and doning at my favorite restaurant, Yucatan. This cottage met all our needs. We will definitely be renting this beauty again.

Great spot

Location, location, location. This little diamond in the rough is in the perfect spot. A block away from the beach and other action. The house itself is cozy and clean, perfect for a small group. We got a cute little welcome basket with some staples you need to get started. Communication was timely and easy. Only complaint is maybe getting a couple more bigger sauté pans for people that like to cook. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Not what it was made out to be…

Pros- amazing location -pool -on site washer and dryer Cons- no Wi-Fi the entire time so had to run up cell phone bills using our hotspot (Owners were notified but only gave a 30min notice for someone to come fix it, which we were already out) - when trying to find the router to reset internet found a half eating sandwich behind the dresser. -although had a washer and dryer it was in the shed out back(not the problem) which was used to store pool toys wagon umbrella bbq grill…. It smelt like it was going to catch fire from the lighter fluid being stored in there so everytime we wash/dryer our clothes smelt like lighter fluid. -shed also had a flood light on the side Which you couldn’t turn off so backyard was always bright which shined into 2nd bedroom. -found a roach coming out of the cabinet when going to get a cup. -grass has not been mowed in a long time. Overall was so so for the price on off season. Definitely wouldn’t pay the price listed for in season… lucky there was a lot to do around the villa so we didn’t have to spend much time there…

Jenna, We are sorry to see that you rated our villa a 3 out of 5. After you notified us of the internet issue, we immediately contacted the carrier to get a tech scheduled. The next morning they contacted us of a tech being available due to a cancellation and we contacted you immediately so that the internet could be fixed. Understanding that it was a 30 minute notice, we never received a response from you. Otherwise, we would’ve informed the tech to stay. Additionally, we were not notified of the food that fell behind the dresser that you discovered, otherwise we would sent the cleaning service immediately to resolve. Regarding the palmetto roach, they are very very common in Florida and will sneak in whenever they have an opportunity. Once again, we apologize for the inconveniences. For future stays, we would suggest better communicating concerns to hosts immediately so that we can have an opportunity to make your stay memorable. Thanks, David and Lisa

Great vaca house!

I had a 4 year old and 1.5 year old and my mother in law stay and it was perfect! It’s perfectly located and having the pool and washer/dryer was the cherry on top. Everything listed was accurate!

Perfect end to the summer!

My boys and I truly enjoyed staying at the Mango Villa. It was perfect for the 3 of us. It’s just steps away from the beach and some of the best restaurants. The house came with everything we needed. The inflatable pool toys were some of the boys favorites. Thank you so much! Till next time…
