Wonderful apartment in a family friendly neighborhood

This is the second time my family has rented this apartment and we are incredibly happy with our experience. The hosts are warm and attentive, the apartment is clean and well appointed, and the neighborhood is safe with all needed stores and services. There is a market lining the sidewalks on Saturday and Wednesday and easy access to multiple modes of public transportation. We will happily rent this place again and look forward to our return visit.

Excellent

The apartment was well equipped and ideal for us. The location was great being close to transport and shops. Christophe and Joel's hospitality was fantastic. Joel meet us on our arrival, showed us around the apartment and the local shops. He also helped us organise our travel passes which was extremely helpful. We highly recommended this property.

Perfect Paris Trip

Could not have asked for a better stay. Chris and Joel are amazing hosts and go above and beyond to assist. The apartment was perfect for us (married couple, adult kid, and mother in-law), clean, and had everything we needed plus some. It is close walking distance to many great shops, metro, and bus stops. Perfect stay for our family of 6

Our family recently stayed in Christophe's place for 6 days and had an absolutely wonderful time. The home actually exceeded our expectations and was even better than described online. Christophe was very easy to deal with, quick to respond and very kind and helpful in offering advice for our time. Christophe was very flexible with our very early flight arrival time in Paris as well. Joel met us upon our arrival and gave us a great orientation to the home and the neighborhood. There was some wonderful food/wine awaiting us and we were shown where to get everything we needed nearby. The home was extremely clean and everything seemed to be quite new and in perfectly working order. The home has everything you need, down to the small details, to make a stay comfortable and convenient. (the only thing that was lacking were ice cube trays which are important to us Americans who like everything cold - so we bought a tray as a gift to any future Americans who need their ice :) ) It is a wonderful neighborhood with so many close conveniences and a very close Metro stop! So overall we could not have been more happy with our stay - it was fantastic in every way and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great option in Paris. For our next time in Paris we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you to Christophe and Joel!

Wonderful apartment, location and host

Our family stayed in this apartment for one month and we can not say enough good things about the experience. Christoph, our host communicated with throughout the reservation process and our stay and was always responsive and helpful. His friend Joel met us when we checked-in, showed us all the features of the apartment then walked us around the neighborhood and helped us buy our Navigo pass (for the metro, bus, train, RER). This pass was a game changer in regards to getting around Paris and outlying areas and made getting places incredibly simple and inexpensive. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. It is located a couple hundred meters from the #3 metro line and bus lines. The neighborhood is not touristy and has great affordable restaurants and bars as well as a grocery store, boucherie, multiple boulangeries and a fromagerie very close by. On Wednesdays and Saturdays there is an incredible open air market that opens and lines the sidewalks of the town. We shopped locally and ate very well. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes, utensils, serving dishes and cookware. When we arrived they had left us with a bottle of champagne, some beer, cheese, sandwich meat, coffee, and other items to get us started on our stay. We loved our trip, were sad to leave and would rent this apartment from Christoph again without hesitation. He and Joel made a wonderful trip even more special for our whole family.

Gastfreundschaft par excellence!

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in Paris! Die Vermieter sind unglaublich sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung haben wir in Top-Zustand vorgefunden, auch die Ausstattung ist umfassend. Die Fenster sind mit Jalousien zur vollständigen Verdunkelung ausgestattet. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Möglichkeit, den PKW in der Tiefgarage abzustellen. Der Weg zur Metro ist kurz, auch Bushaltestellen sind nicht weit entfernt. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Obsthändler, Pizzeria sind um die Ecke. Wir können die Wohnung unbedingt weiterempfehlen!

Beste Ferienwohnung ever

Christophe ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, der Wert darauf legt, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt und alle Fragen wurden geklärt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und hat einen schönen Balkon. Lediglich die Toilette war für unser Rollstuhlkind etwas eng, aber mit ein bisschen Übung war das auch zu bewältigen. Die Ferienwohnung mit Christophe sind nur zu empfehlen! Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Bien situé. Très bien eclairé. Bien équipé: même des parapluies étaient disponibles ainsi que des brosses à papier collant pour enlever les poils d animaux! Décoration très agréable et originale. Cuisine très fonctionnelle, moderne et équipée de tout tout ce qu il faut. TV de grand format Mode d emploi pour chaque appareil électrique ou électronique Immeuble très bien sécurisé: 3 portes avec code avant d arriver à l appartement. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir et le recommandons fortement.

Hervorzuheben sind vor allem Joel und Christophe- Vermieter, die bei An- und Abreise vor Ort sind, die Wohnungsdetails erklären, die Umgebung zeigen, Metrokarten mit uns kaufen und auch noch den Kühlschrank mit allem „Überlebenswichtigem“ füllen! Solch eine Gastfreundschaft und einen solchen Service haben wir bei noch keiner Immobilienbuchung erlebt. Die Wohnung ist super für 4 Personen, der Parkplatz bei Anreise mit dem Auto Gold wert und von Kaffeekapseln, über Spülmittel und Tabs bis hin zum Toilettenpapier ist alles da (teilweise auch mehr als nur die Erstausstattung). Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut, diverse Bäckereien, Supermarkt, Wein- und Käsegeschäft sowie Markt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso wie die Metrostation- alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Paris sind in ca. 30- 45 Minuten zu erreichen. Das ist für Paris prima! Wir haben tolle Tage in Paris erlebt und wenn wir wiederkommen, dann in diese Wohnung. Beaucoup de salutations à Joel et Christophe et tout le meilleur 🍀

Besser geht es nicht

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal! Metro 2 Minuten entfernt, Supermarkt und Bäcker um die Ecke und sehr nah an der Autobahnabfahrt. Die Wohnung ist genau richtig für 4 Personen. Es fehlt an nichts! Die Betten sind gut, die Dusche ist großartig! In der Küche ist alles vorhanden-sogar Tupperdosen. Und der Höhepunkt der Wohnung: Christophe und Joel😃 Wir wurden die ganze Zeit herzlich betreut. Nach der Ankunft zeigten die 2 uns alles ( Parkplatz, Wohnung, Funktionen TV, Herd, Waschmaschine). Anschließend zeigten sie uns die Umgebung und buchten mit uns die Metrokarten. Das war super!! Sogar die wichtigsten Lebensmittel hatten die zwei im Vorfeld besorgt. Herzlichen Dank nochmal! Christophe spricht neben Französisch noch Englisch und Joel Deutsch und Portugisisch. Kommunikation ist also kein Problem. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt an unsere Freunde und Familie weiter und wenn wir nach Paris zurückkehren- dann hierher!!

A Great Apartment at Bagnolet

We had a great time at the well positioned Bagnolet apartment. The apartment was clean and roomy with all the utensils required for a family 4 day stay. Christophe is a wonderful host - he ensured we had all the information required to get the most out of our visit to Paris. Additionally he provided special touches with food left for us to use ... and even a bottle of champage.!!! Although there was atransport strike on during our stay Christophe took the time to message us daily with updates and advice. A great place to stay in Paris.

Home Away from Home

Our stay of three weeks for four family members lived up to the reviews we had read by other people who had stayed at Christophe's apartment. From the time he met us at Gard Nord to the day we left he made us feel as if we were long lost relatives and he could not do enough for us. The very best experience we have had with rentals.

Great Experience

If I could give a rating of 10+ rating for this apartment I would - we really enjoyed the apartment & the neighborhood. It was very close to the metro & bus system so getting into the center of Paris was easy. The little open air market that is available twice a week provided fresh fruits & vegetables as well as cooked entrees from several vendors which proved to be delicious. There is a grocery store, a bakery and frozen food store very close to the apartment. There was great communication with the owners - Christophe would often respond within 1 hr if I messaged with a question. Joel did a nice job orienting us to the apartment & neighborhood & helped us secure a Navigo card. It was easy to see that they worked hard at being great HomeAway hosts - their helpfulness made this a special experience. I felt safe walking around in the evening & would not hesitate to stay there again.

Best Paris rental in wonderful neighborhood

We loved this apartment! I can't say enough about how great this apartment rental process was. We were 3 women traveling for a girls' trip. Joel greeted us at the apartment then took the time to take us on a neighborhood tour so we could get acquainted with the area. The neighborhood has wonderful cafes, grocery, bakery, fromagerie, and is very close to the metro. It is a safe residential district and was so nice to end each hectic day on our balcony. The apartment itself was more stocked than any flat I have ever rented. The extra attention to detail really helps you feel as though you are blessed enough to actually live there. I wouldn't change a thing, and we can't wait to go back!

Super Urlaub in Paris

Joel (Freund von Christoph) hat uns vom Balkon der Wohnung aus begrüßt! Da wussten wir, dass wir hier richtig waren! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ich kann mich meinen Vorgängern nur anschließen, es war alles vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt und es stand ein Obstteller für uns bereit auf dem Tisch. Nach der umfangreichen Wohnungsbesichtigung sind wir nach draußen und er hat uns alles gezeigt, wo wir die nächsten Bäckereien, Einkaufmöglichkeiten, gute Restaurants, Metro-Stationen finden. Sehr gut fanden wir auch, dass er mit uns eine Wochenkarte bei der Metro Station gekauft hat. Praktisch wäre es gewesen, hätten wir gleich eine Farbkopie vom Ausweis mitgebracht. So haben wir dort eine Kopie gemacht im Copyshop. Dies hätten wir alleine nicht hinbekommen, da wir kein französisch können. Ein paar Stationen sind bis zur Innenstadt zu fahren, dafür ist es dort evtl. ein bisschen ruhiger. Wir hätten ihn jederzeit anrufen können bei Fragen oder ähnliches. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser schönen Wohnung! Diese Begrüßung war schon einmalig, haben wir in dieser Form noch nie gehabt. Wenn wir erneut nach Paris reisen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohnung nehmen! Sie ist sehr zu empfehlen, werde im Bekanntenkreis auch Werbung für diese Wohnung machen.

Fabulosa!!

Desde el primer momento Cristophe ha estado pendiente de nuestra llegada y de nuestra estancia. Él y Marie nos acompañaron desde el metro y nos mostraron su casa con una amabilidad y trato excelente. Agradecemos muchísimo su cordialidad y ayuda y todo lo que tenían preparado en su casa para nuestra estancia. El piso tiene todo lo descrito en la web y mucho más!!! Lo recomendamos al 100%. Amazing Stay!

I would highly recommend renting this property. We were greeted when we arrived and he showed us around the apartment. The apartment is located in a very safe, secure area. We cannot believe the kitchen was stocked with every thing we could possibly need; fresh fruit, milk, orange juice, wine, beer, cheese, baguettes , pastries, eggs, coffee... we were so surprised and thankful. After a long day of travel it was so wonderful to have anything we could possibly need. We were then given a tour around the neighborhood and given instructions on how to use the metro. The apartment is very close to the metro and all the main attractions to Paris were easy to reach using the metro. It was nice we were able to experience the big city of Paris and then come back to the apartment at the end of the day and really experience how the locals live. If you were thinking about traveling to Paris, this is the place to stay!

The best apartment rental experience we have ever had!

We would give Christophe a 10 star review if given that option! Christophe met us at the apartment and spent a lot of time showing us around the neighborhood, helping us buy metro and train tickets, pointing out how to get to different places in Paris, and even getting a taxi for us to get to the airport the day we left. The apartment was perfect for the three of us as we were able to have three separate rooms to sleep in. It is clean and roomy and we had everything we needed. The delicious food and beverages Christophe left for us were a warm welcome to Paris. Before we even arrived in Paris Christophe had sent us an entire page of recommendations for non-touristy things to do. It was so wonderful knowing if we had any trouble in Paris at all we could simply send Christophe a text and he would help us out! Christophe is delightful, warm, friendly, and generous. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay again. It really is the best apartment rental experience we have ever had.

THE PERFECT APARTMENT AND THE PERFECT HOSTS IN PARIS

We have been to Paris many times but enjoyed our hosts, Christophe and Joel as one of our favorites. The apartment is a perfect location, close to the Metro,buses and of course the bakery and local supermarket. The apartment is clean and well kept. It was a delight to find a well stocked apartment with fruit, meat, cheese, eggs, milk and a nice bottle of wine. Joel walked the neighborhood with me to show us where everything was located for an easy transition. This will be the perfect apartment for you on your visit to Paris.

2 mal 5 Sterne und noch 2 obendrauf !!!

Diese Vermieter sind die perfekten Gastgeber!!! Wir wurden herzlich an der Metrostation empfangen. Wir betraten eine perfekt ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung die genau der Beschreibung entsprach. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Speisen, Getränken, Vorräten für fast eine Woche. Auf dem Tisch im Salon ein riesengroßer Obstteller! Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Gewürze - alles vorhanden! Wir bekamen Hinweise für kleine fast unbekannte Museen und Ausstellungen und obwohl wir schon sehr oft in Paris waren, konnten wir dank der vielen Informationen immer noch Neues entdecken. Ein guter Rat war der Hinweis auf die Navigo-Karte. Sonst sind wir immer mit Paris-Visite durch die Stadt gefahren, Navigo ist aber bedeutend billiger und komfortabler, man braucht nur ein normales Passfoto. Auch wenn die Wohnung am östlichen Stadtrand liegt - die Umgebung ist interessant pariserisch und die Verkehrsverbindungen sehr gut. Weiterhin reizend war der Abschied, die Vermieter brachten uns mit unserem Gepäck per Métro - treppab - treppauf - bis zum Gare du Nord zum richtigen Zug nach Charles de Gaulle. Wer diesen Bahnhof kennt, weiss, was ich meine. Sollten wir wieder mal Paris-Sehnsucht haben, kommt nur diese Wohnung in Frage. Merci mille fois à Joel et Christophe

A most wonderful place to stay!! Just as listed and we highly recommend this apartment in all ways!

Our experience with staying at this apartment could not have been better!! The apartment is located in a safe and very nice area in Paris. It was extremely comfortable and we were so very pleased with both the wonderful accommodations, as well as all of our interactions with Christophe and Joel. When we arrived at the apartment we were met by Joel. He was so helpful in explaining everything about the apartment and then took us on a walk around the neighborhood to point out the grocery store, Metro and restaurants, all within about a block walk from the apartment. We were so pleased and surprised to find our apartment stocked with fruit, meats, cheese, wine, bakery items and everything we needed to get started. This was so wonderful to find at the end of our long travel. The apartment was super clean and well stocked with all of the supplies we needed. Christophe and Joel provided great information about some of the local events that we didn't know about and their suggestions were wonderful! They also were most helpful in teaching us about the cheapest and easiest way to get around Paris. The Navigo pass they suggested worked so well! They also arranged for our early morning taxi to the airport which helped our departure go smoothly and stressfree. We spent a couple hours visiting with Christophe and Joel, over wine and enjoyed so much, meeting and getting to know them!
