Great stay in an easy property. House was clean and nice and short walk to campus and surroundings.

Clean, stocked with basic essentials I like to see in rentals. The host communication was best it could be. Directions and rules were perfect. The price was outstanding. Only downer was the busy street in front which is expected in the area. All in all, amazing rental! Highly recommend

Clean and well-stocked apartment with everything we needed for our week and a half stay. Check-in instructions were very clearly outlined. It was great to have a reserved indoor parking space. Easy access to major areas in the city. Nice having a fitness room. Property manager Dave checked in to make sure it was a good stay. Overall a great stay and just what we were looking for. Of note— It’s not the fault/responsibility of this rental property manager, but the building lobby, elevators and hallways had very strong air freshener scents. These strong scents did NOT extend into the rental unit itself. It didn’t bother is walking into and out of the apartment, but might affect some people.

We stayed for Sundance and had a chance to explore SLC and Park City in between movies. We found it was very easy and cheap to get around using transit, and rented a car to visit the Homestead Crater, the Ice Castles, Spiral Jetty, Promontory Point, and a few others, all of which were totally manageable from this great location. Carol was super friendly and happy to help us out as needed, the place was beautiful, interesting, and clean. 10/10 would totally stay here again.

In a very central part of town, awesome bed, kitchen, washer, dryer. Drew was very communicative and accomodating. Will absolutely plan on staying there again.

The property was exactly as listed. I found it clean, safe (solo female traveler), well stocked and comfy. It is also right next to a grocery store which is so helpful. 100% would stay again.
