Flat 2 â Grey & White Themed Studio (Approx. 20 mÂČ)
This stylish grey and white themed studio offers a compact yet well-designed private space with a double bed, small sofa, breakfast bar with stools, and a fully equipped mini kitchen. The room is fully compliant with HMO regulations and features enhanced safety systems, including fire doors, smoke and heat detectors linked to a central alarm system.
Guests can enjoy modern comforts such as a smart lock with code access, TV with Apple TV, high-speed charging sockets with USB and USB-C ports, ample storage, and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, heated towel rail, and illuminated mirror with Bluetooth speakers.
The studio is ideal for short or longer stays, with thoughtful extras including a coffee machine, washing machine, microwave oven, induction hob, and full dining ware set. Guests also have access to a spacious communal kitchen with full-size appliances. A comfortable, secure and well-finished space designed for convenience and comfort.
Guests will have access to the whole flat themselves.
The main door is shared between 5 other flats.
There is a shared garden at the rear of the property.
There is a downstairs kitchen/utility room that has shared facilities and contains two full ovens, a dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar. This room is accessed via a code and is available upon request, for stays of a week or longer.
Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. This includes the back garden and front driveway. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of ÂŁ500 and you may be asked to leave.
No candles, incense, burners or similar to be used in the property or in the garden.
Standard check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is before 11am. You may be charged for any late checkout that has not been authorised in advance.
This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 10pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume.
Please note that a minimum of ÂŁ100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a ÂŁ50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
