About this property

Great northside location, close to everything. 15 min to downtown

You'll feel right at home in this spacious, 3 bedroom home located on Indy's north side. The home was completely renovated top to bottom in 2016 and no detail was left unattended. The home features a large kitchen with an over-sized island with seating for 6, an under-counter beverage cooler, and lots and lots of counter space. Plenty of good quality cookware, small appliances, dinnerware and serving pieces make for an easy kitchen in which to prepare meals and entertain.
The kitchen opens onto a large family room which makes for a really nice entertaining space; very open and inviting. In addition to the eat-in kitchen space, the home features a formal dining room with seating for 8. The dining room opens into the living room. The spaces in this house are all very open and well appointed.
The three bedrooms feature super comfy beds and private spaces. In addition to the bedrooms, one sofa in the family room pulls out to a queen sized bed.
The outdoor space features a covered patios area as well as a large wrap around deck. A charcoal grill is provided for your use.

Great location and wonderful home!

Great location and wonderful home for those visiting the Indianapolis area. We were in town to visit family in the area and this was a great rental for both the adults and the kids. The house had great amenities and the kids loved the back yard. The owner was excellent and made sure our whole stay was great.

Property was just as described, but much better. Beautiful home in quiet safe neighborhood. Easy access to highway. 20 mins north of downtown. Perfect for visiting downtown Indy. Owner was amazing, and communication was perfect. Highly recommend!

Nice neighborhood and home!

Everything was A++++!! Wish we could have stayed longer. The home is nicer than what the pictures show (unlike other homes we’ve stayed at where pics are nice but when you arrive the property does correspond). Much love and care has been devoted to this property. Would definitely stay here again.

Feels right at home. Owners take a special interest in making it a pleasant stay. Very clean. May not be best place if you have a wild group, since the house is so nice and well-kept, and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space. No complaints, would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect Indianapolis Home

We took two of our grandchildren to visit Indianapolis and stayed at this property. The location was fabulous since it was a short drive to most of the activities we had on our itinerary. Ron and Randy were great hosts. They even found a small screwdriver to help our grandson open the battery door to a toy he'd bought at the Children's Museum. I loved looking at the birds in the beautifully landscaped back yard as they came to visit the many little bird feeders located on the property. We enjoyed this vacation home very much.

House felt much bigger than we expected. Impeccably clean. Not more than 25 minutes from anything, 10 minutes from most. Yard was an oasis! Bedding was top notch, though bed was a bit hard for my taste. Certainly a place we'll visit again.
