I find the heart of Madrid absolutely fascinating: Madrileños are open, warm and generous, and it's so easy to meet people and appreciate both the architecture of the city centre and Madrid's rich botanical variety. Compared to other European capitals, Madrid is a fairly open, spacious city that's easy to enjoy. The food scene is incredibly varied, and prices are quite reasonable. Museum lovers will be amazed by Spain's cultural and historical wealth — there's always a chance to catch temporary exhibitions at the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofía, which together form a golden triangle of culture.

For fashion lovers and connoisseurs, Madrid is a real source of inspiration and passionate shopping, with endless opportunities both to buy and to find ideas for stepping into the fascinating world of fashion.

Whether you're after gastronomic, cultural, musical or style experiences, or a closer connection with nature — all this and more awaits you in Madrid and Spain as a whole.
