Apartment is brilliantly located, very close to restaurants and attractions but quiet enough for peaceful sleep! Duel aspect windows overlook old Christian walls and allow lovely breeze through apartment on evening. Dia supermarket right next to La Latina metro station for supplies, only 5-10 min walk. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment with our family of five (including three kids). The location is excellent and we walked everywhere and did not need to take the metro or cab. Everything was clean and safe. We would stay here again!

Fantastic location

Had a great 3 day stay here. The location was fantastic - we have never been to Madrid before and this was perfect. Close to all the action but away from tourists and noise. Quiet neighborhood with many options for food, cafes! Highly recommend staying here if you are planning on exploring Madrid !

The location was great for a tourist. 15 minutes or less walk and you are in the heart of the tourist area. In a quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping and restaurants. This was a well-appointed, very clean apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place in a great location

Having stayed in a different area on a previous visit to Madrid, this is definitely the best area to stay. Surrounded by tapas bars and only a short walking distance from all major areas of the city. Apartment not huge but enough space for 4 adults, clean and nicely furnished. We will certainly be booking this apartment again on next visit.

I can't say enough about this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the heart of La Latina. The location is wonderful...steps away from tapas restaurants and a market you don't want to miss. The neighborhood made our stay! The unit itself is just perfect - so much natural light. The hosts were so accommodating to promptly answer our questions and assist us when needed. Easy check in/check out. We'd love to come back.

My wife, three teenage sons, and I had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was very clean and bright and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is close to major attractions and the neighborhood is quiet. My only issue was that the mattress on the fold-out couch was not comfortable and it should not be used as a bed. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the location was excellent, the apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and attractively decorated. Because each bedroom had its own bathroom it was ideal for two couples. The owners were quick to respond to an issue with leaking water.

Comfortable stay in an excellent location

The check in process was easy with clear directions. The apartment was clean and in an excellent location, only a 5-7 min walk to Plaza Mayor with tons of restaurants and stores nearby. The sofa bed could use a newer/thicker mattress, but overall our family was comfortable. It was great to have the walking shower in both bathrooms for our elderly parents. A great value.

Excellent location

Central location. Easy access to lots of small grocery stores / bodegas, restaurants and transportation. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Big enough for my family, with 2 teenagers and 2 adults. Communication with the property owners was great with quick response. Thankful we stayed here. We highly recommend it!
