Welcome to the Quality Suite, named after its cocoa mill history this apartment has been newly converted and finished to a very high standard.

It has everything you need for a comfortably and luxurious stay.



Complete with modern kitchen with all the essentials you need but also with the opportunity to enjoy all York has to offer with its fabulous bars, restaurants and cafes just a couple of minutes walk away.



The beauty of this apartment is its peaceful ambience but still city centre.



FREE PARKING - We can now offer free, secure parking in the on site, multi story car park!



The apartment is located on the first floor (which can be accessed by lift or stairs) the city view and river Foss is framed by the original brick work, sympathetically restored from its warehouse past.



Enjoy soft, fluffy, hotel standard towels and toiletries in its brand new shower room.



The double bed can be lifted up into the wall and put away to gain maximum space and the sofa can be transformed into a double bed on request.



There is a Modern glass bar accompanied with plush leather bar stools to enjoy a drink.



On arrival you will feel right at home and have everything you need to reenergise from your journey with a good old Yorkshire tea or coffee and sit back and relax after a busy day sightseeing on the comfortable sofa.





The Quality Suite provides convenient access to York’s City Centre which is only a few minutes walk away whilst providing a quiet and relaxing ambiance.



Fossgate is on the doorstep and offers numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.

Based in the very centre of York, within the city walls. You are a 2 minute walk from the famous 'Shambles' and many more attractions.

York is famous for its independent shops, cafes and restaurants and we are lucky enough to be situated just around the corner from the most up and coming road - 'Fossgate' where you will find the above in abundance.
