Lovely, responsive manager who left wine as a welcome gift — but the apartment itself was dirty, with smelly, hair-covered bed sheets. Toilet really disgusting Turns out she doesn’t live on the island and relies on free-stay volunteers to clean. A follow-up cleaning was only superficial, so we left after 1 night instead of the planned 5. Found a much cleaner, bigger place 100m away for the same price. No refund given for the remaining nights. Great communication, but cleanliness fell far short.

Casa Oasis Galapagos is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, on the corner of Alberto Spencer and Pancho Segura streets, next to the Sports Coliseum and diagonally across from San Cristóbal's football stadium. We chose this location because it offers a peaceful and safe atmosphere while remaining close to the waterfront, restaurants, supermarkets, tour operators, the airport, and several of the island's main attractions. It is an excellent base for exploring San Cristóbal and returning each day to relax in comfort.
