Coastal Palms is our second home. It’s an elegant 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, luxury town home that sleeps 6 and includes 6 bikes and everything you will need for a great day at the beach!

This beautiful town home has a master bedroom with a King size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bath, walk-in shower & separate water closet. The guest bedroom has a King size bed, smart TV and double doors that open to a covered balcony where there is a high-top table and 2 chairs. The great room features a contemporary Queen size sleeper sofa w/chaise and a large screen smart TV w/sound bar. The dining area features a beautiful round table with 4 luxurious chairs and 3 additional chairs at the breakfast bar. The open-concept kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops and comes fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals for your entire family. You will only need to buy groceries. Our unit also comes with a one car garage and is equipped with a key-less entry smart lock at the main entrance.

In addition, renting Coastal Palms includes the free use of 6 brand new beach cruiser bikes (4 adult, 2 children) w/helmets & locks. This is a great added value. One of our adult bikes includes a nice trailer that allows you to transport 4 deluxe beach chairs, 2 beach cabanas and 6 complimentary beach towels to the beach of your choice. Then detach the trailer and covert it to a light-weight pull cart that you can walk right out on to the sand.

Our community features an awesome 5000 sq. foot resort-style pool, lounging cabanas, outdoor dining facilities w/gas grills, hammocks, bathhouses and a fitness center. Please be advised that the Prominence community is a new development still under construction.

Check out THE HUB! Directly across the street from our community. The Hub offers shopping, nice restaurants, outdoor movie nights and seasonal live entertainment. It’s one of the top Hot Spots on 30A!

Take the bikes and beach equipment to the picturesque beach at Deer Lake State Park just .7 miles west of our home. The dunes and beach are absolutely beautiful. In addition, there is a FREE seasonal shuttle that runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day that will take you and your family to Santa Clara beach which is a really nice, full service, public beach about 3.5 miles west of Prominence..

For those more adventurous, ride the bikes and trek up and down the convenient bike paths on 30A and visit the nearby communities such as Seaside, Seacrest, Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach. Tons of great shopping and restaurants!

About Eric & Aleisia Rouse

Welcome to our second home. We are the owners Eric & Aleisia Rouse. We live in Mt. Washington Ky, just south of Louisville, home of the Kentucky Derby. I am an inside sales manager for GE and Aleisia is a fixed assets coordinator for the local school board. We’ve been happily married since 1984 and have two grown children. Our son, Austin, is a banker and he and his wife Meghan, a daycare manager, reside in Louisville near us. They have our first grandson, Luke (almost 1). Our daughter, Lauren, a Physical Therapist and her husband Aaron, a Phys Ed teacher, reside in Port St. Lucie Florida.

Our family has been vacationing in the Destin Florida area for more than 20 years. About 5 years ago, we discovered the 30A area and immediately fell in love with it. We really enjoy the laid-back environment and breathtaking beaches the area has to offer along with the multitude of bike trails all up and down 30A. Riding bikes is something our family really enjoys doing together.

It’s been our passion for many years to purchase a second home near the beach and now we have our own little piece of 30A! God has truly blessed us in so many ways. We certainly hope you will love and appreciate our new home as much as we do. Welcome!

Beautiful home-great location and ammenities

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home! It was a very last minute trip for us so we totally lucked out to fall into this home. It's location is great. Right across the street from the Hub, different beach accesses just short walks, or bike rides away! Everything you could need was provided, including bikes and beach chair and even a trailer! The binder you created answered EVERY question we had- from how to work the tv to where to eat! =-) I would highly recommend this home to anyone that asks and look forward to staying again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us and being so helpful from the minute we booked your home (actually before we even booked) until we had to head back north!! =-)
