The Space:

Number 9 consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and adult bunk, along with a shower room. Outside there is ample off-road parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.9 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Number 9 is a superb base for your next retreat in Norfolk. Note: Child facilities not provided. Note: Note: No WiFi at the property, TV guests will need to hotspot from phones or equivalent. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. The shared park swimming pool is available to use between March - October. The customer has a free swimming pool access for two adults and two children.



The Neighborhood:

This stunning seaside village sits just outside of The Broads in Norfolk, East Anglia. It is a delightful place to base a relaxing coastal break, with a small selection of places to eat and drink, as well as a 14th century church. California also boasts a beautiful sandy beach with a high-quality pub/restaurant overlooking it. There is much to do in the surrounding area, visit the neighbouring Scratby and Ormesby St Margaret for a wider range of amenities. The popular seaside resort of Great Yarmouth is just 6 miles away, it makes for a wonderful day out for everybody to enjoy. For your dose of nature, head to The Broads where you can explore the scenery whilst walking or cycling. Head to the beautiful city of Norwich for a day of shopping and discovering the museums and wonderful architecture. An excellent base for a holiday on the South East Coast.
