Chalet contemporáneo de vacaciones de 2 dormitorios situado en nuestros terrenos privados junto a nuestra playa de arena y con impresionantes vistas al mar. Uno de los 7 chalets en este sitio privado, con un premio EnjoyEngland de 3 estrellas.
Ubicado en el pueblo costero de Scratby, a solo 4 millas al norte de la localidad costera de Great Yarmouth y a solo 2 millas del famoso Parque Nacional Norfolk Broads. Hay tanto que ver y hacer para toda la familia en el área local. We stayed for four nights location is wonderful gorgeous sea views. Chalet was clean and beds were comfortable, everything you need for self catering is there if you want it, we only did breakfast other than that we ate out or takeaway can highly recommend The local Chinese! Hosts on call if required, but we had no cause to call them as everything was fine. Would definitely go again

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the chalet. It is clean and well equipped for our needs for our stay. The view of the ocean is stunning and had a chance to see the sun rise while sat in the front patio. The beach is just a few minutes walk. Will definitely come back and plan our next booking.

Norfolk Retreat

Loved the location of this accommodation - 6 small chalets, a pine lodge and a detached home on a lovely plot with views over the sea. A great base for exploring Norfolk. Chalet for 4 people is small but well designed, very clean and very well equipped. The outdoor space is fabulous with far-reaching views...

Best ever location

We liked how the chalets were set in a semi circle with the large grassed area in front leading to the cliff edge with great views. It was very peaceful with plenty of space. The chalets were very comfortable and well equipped, and the owners are very nice.

Amazing scenery and lovely visit worth doing!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay. Everything was there when we arrived, and the owners were very welcoming, and if there were any problems they were there at the end of a call. We had arrived late and it was dark and the owner had guided us up with no problems we was welcomed with gifts the scenery was amazing and enjoyed our walking and watching the sunset. I will definitely be booking again. very clean and tidy, and the bed was really comfortable. Thank you again to the lovely owners, and it's definitely worth the holiday break if you needed one. 💕

Christmas beach holiday

Chalet struggled to stay warm and dry due to condensation. Humidifier supplied but didn't know why until the next day and the Christmas presents we had stored under the bed were wet and the walls were wet. This would have been a lovely stay if it wasn't for that issue. We didnt bother the owners as i doubt they would of been able to do anything to help the situation and we didn't want to go home as the kids were loving the holiday by the beach. We had to keep monitoring the electric payment meter as everything needed electric. Almost ran out of £1's so had to find more change. The heating in the main room is really not suitable for the size of the place and the controller didn't work enough for us to know if it was high or low heat. The main bedroom had no heating which is why it was damp. Only plus bits was the beach being so close that we went everyday. The owners let us stay another night for free even before we got there, which was amazing. They even supplied towels for our visit, which was previously not included. Prior to our visit the communication was amazing and they answered all my questions as i like to make sure im prepared for self catering and bring extra equipement if needed. Luckly we did as the utentils in the kitchen were not sturdy enough for serving pasta. I hate having to write a poor review but we now know why all the chalets in the area are closed. They are no way near suitable for the winter months. The place would be amazing in the summer.

Great family break

Clean and tidy chalet, had everything we needed for self catering and our stay. Great location on the cliff edge. Access to the beach was a one minute walk away. Local shop and bakery a short walk away. 5-10 minute drive to larger shops and amenities. Plenty more beaches and things to do with within a 1/2 hour drive radius.

Peaceful getaway!

A small quiet site with outstanding views of the beach and sea. Access to the beach is 5 minutes away. Our dog loved his walks and we frequently saw seals in the water. Our chalet was comfortable with everything needed including a view of the sea.

Wonderful

Really pleasant and peaceful little oasis right next to the beach. Loved the view, loved how easy it was to get to the beach, loved that there were cafes, bakery, pub all within walking distance as well as a little local shop. We were left alone to enjoy our holiday but checked on to make sure everything was okay. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Great stay

We all had a lovely stay the view was amazing especially first thing as I am an early riser I got to see the sunrises over the sea which was something else got a few great photos as well the accommodation had all we needed for our short stay 1 week and was very comfortable. Nice and peaceful which suited us met Louise briefly on arrival who was very friendly all in all a very nice place to stay thank you Alan and family

Wonderful

We had a fabulous four day stay in a Hickling chalet. We really weren't sure what to expect but we were thrilled with our chalet. There was everything you could want for a comfortable holiday. The view is absolutely stunning, I could've, and did, just sit looking out to the sea. There are a few eating places within walking distance. Thoroughly recommend "Marlow's". All in all a fabulous few days and the weather was great too.
