Here you can immerse yourself in a unique atmosphere, surrounded by art, history and a renowned culinary tradition. Arezzo, a splendid city of art rich in history, culture and architectural masterpieces, is also the same distance away.
For those wishing to enjoy nature and relaxation, Lago Trasimeno is also just a 30-minute drive away, the perfect spot for spending pleasant days amidst picturesque views and villages overlooking the water.
A 50-minute drive will take you to some of central Italy’s most captivating destinations, such as Anghiari, Siena and Perugia – cities brimming with charm, tradition and artistic beauty. Villa Chiara is nestled in the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside and surrounded by extensive green grounds that ensure privacy and peace and quiet.
Passing through the entrance gate and walking along the picturesque tree-lined avenue flanked by cypresses, you reach the property, surrounded by well-tended lawns, trees and green spaces ideal for relaxing in the open air.
In front of the villa lies the garden, which leads to the splendid private swimming pool, harmoniously integrated into the surrounding landscape. The pool, surrounded by a large stone sun deck, is equipped with sun loungers and parasols and is the perfect place to cool off on summer days or to enjoy moments of relaxation surrounded by nature.
Next to the villa is the outdoor dining area with a large wooden table, ideal for al fresco lunches and dinners with friends. Nearby is also the barbecue area, perfect for hosting barbecues and convivial summer evenings.
The property is set within a large natural park with shaded areas and paths through the trees, offering plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the landscape.

The property comprises a main villa and an annexe, both spread over several levels and connected by internal staircases.
The main villa consists of three floors.
The ground floor comprises:
• a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a coffee table, made particularly bright by the large French windows leading directly outside;
• a spacious dining room with a large table;
• a modern, fully equipped kitchen, fitted with a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine;
• a guest bathroom.

The first floor houses the sleeping area, comprising five double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower;
The basement is dedicated to communal areas and comprises:
• a spacious living room with a seating area and a pool table, perfect for leisure time;
• a tasting room with a large dining table, ideal for hosting dinners and local wine tastings;
• a wine cellar;
• a service kitchen;
• a bathroom.
The property also features a separate annexe, situated a short distance from the main villa and ideal for guests seeking greater privacy.
Characterised by the same elegant style as the villa, the annexe offers bright and welcoming rooms spread over two levels.
The ground floor comprises a bright open-plan space featuring a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a round table. On the first floor, there is a bright double bedroom with exposed wooden beams and a bathroom with shower.
The entire villa, including the annexe, is equipped with air conditioning and insect screens in every room.
