Inside this lovingly updated Victorian annex, you'll find a light-filled open-plan living and dining space, where bay windows frame spectacular estuary views. Two comfy sofas invite you to unwind, while a clever little writing desk offers the perfect perch for journaling or holiday planning. At the dining table, enjoy breakfast with the tide and dinner with the sunset.

The compact kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with navy shaker-style cabinets and all the essentials for cooking in (or eating fish and chips from Porthmadog). Downstairs also features a smart, fully tiled shower room with a walk-in enclosure, WC and washbasin.

Upstairs are two peaceful bedrooms: a serene double room with partial sea views and a calming coastal vibe, and a sweet single room that works well for a child, solo traveller or quiet reading retreat.

Outside, guests enjoy access to a shared lawned garden, shaded by tall pines with a view that's pure coastal therapy. Outdoor furniture is provided, ideal for al fresco breakfasts or evening drinks with the estuary breeze. A patio/balcony area offers another private corner to relax.

Free on-site parking is available for one car, with free street parking nearby for extras. And with the Wales Coast Path practically crossing the garden gate, you'll be out and adventuring in no time.
