Casa Kita operates with a minimum stay of 7 nights, with a flexible changeover day available throughout most of the season. However, from 27 July to 23 August, arrivals are accepted on Saturdays only. Check-in is available between 16:00 and 21:00, while check-out must be completed between 08:00 and 10:00. Late arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00 are possible only when agreed upon in advance and are subject to an additional charge payable on site upon arrival. Pets are not permitted at the property. A damage deposit of 300 euros is required and must be paid on site. Guests are also required to pay the tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per night, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights, and this amount is collected separately at the time of booking. The weekly rental price includes a comprehensive range of services: gas and water consumption, electricity up to 150 Kwh per week, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linen and pool towels, mid-week change of bath towels, kitchen linen, weekly tidying of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms lasting approximately 2 hours, a welcome basket filled with typical local products, and a baby cot. Electricity consumption exceeding 150 Kwh per week is charged at 0.40 euros per Kwh.
