Welcome to Velvet Escape Apartment, a quiet and modern space designed for calm and comfort. This newly built, high-standard apartment is cozy yet refined, ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small families. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, the kitchen is fully equipped, and every detail - from the quality mattress and soft linens to the clean, neutral finishes - has been carefully selected to create a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Apartment contains 1 bedroom with double bed and a sofa-bed in the living room that transforms into really comfortable double bed, so perfect for those with extra guests.
A modern fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine ensures a comfortable stay with no worries. There is no oven in the apartment, but there is an Indesit microwave with a grill function.
The living room is private so could be turned into a bedroom or if not used as a bedroom serves as a family room.
The apartment is located on the first floor.
Unlike many older buildings in the city, the apartment is located in a newly built, high-quality building, offering a more modern and comfortable living environment. The building was completed in 2025 and includes eco-friendly features such as solar panels.
Parking is available next to the building. Please note that the spaces are shared with neighbouring residents, so availability may vary depending on the time of day and the season, and we are unable to reserve parking spaces in advance.
If no space is available when you arrive, additional parking can be found nearby. King Street, located close to the property, offers free parking overnight, which many guests find convenient.
Before your arrival, you will receive a rental agreement to sign, which includes all the house rules.
HOUSE RULES:
1. SMOKING. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
2. PARTIES AND SOCIAL GATHERINGS. Parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Airbnb property.
3. EXTRA GUESTS. No extra guests are allowed in the property.
4. NOISE. Guests must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 10pm – 9am), and upon arrival and departure.
5. TRASH. All trash must be disposed of in these designated bins and should never be left around the property.
6. PETS. Please always contact with us regarding pet fees. Pets are allowed in this property only with extra charge for deep cleaning. You will be charged extra amount of £18/per pet/per stay.
7. EATING AREAS. Guest may use only specially designated areas (living room table, patio table) for their meals. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. If you breach this rule, you will be charged of amount of repair of destroyed items.
8. SECURITY. All windows and doors must be locked before leaving the property. The owners of the property are not responsible for any left guests belongings. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house.
9. CHECKOUT ARRANGEMENTS. Guest must Check - out 11am at latest unless otherwise agreed. The property must be kept tidy, garbage must be disposed in the trash bin, dishes and utensils used for food preparation must be washed.
10. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. Illegal activity is not tolerated and the police will be called upon suspicion.
11. OUTDOOR CAMERAS. Touching, covering, twisting, breaking outdoor cameras is prohibited.
