Welcome to The Estate at Cherokee Dock!

This property in Lebanon, Tennessee, most widely recognized as the former home of country music icon Reba McEntire, is a 13-acre waterfront estate, complete with a 13,000-square-foot Southern colonial home, luxury stable, pool and well-appointed pool house. This rental includes exclusive access to the mansion, pool and pool house.

Surrounded by Old Hickory Lake, Cherokee Dock offers expansive water views from almost every room. The property is within minutes to world-class spas, restaurants, and entertainment.

The spacious main house boasts eight bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Throughout the mansion, you will find multiple entertaining spaces, a theater, wine room, parlor, and separate family and formal living rooms.

The kitchen was designed with a chef in mind, thus professional quality: 10' island, 2 dishwashers, Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, 34” wide Wolf convection oven with separate warming drawer, 60” Wolf double convection oven and 6 burner gas range, grill and griddle.

The large back patio for outdoor entertaining provides magnificent views of the lake. The property includes a large pool, with built-in lounging deck and spa surrounded by beautiful, lush gardens. Along with Sonos speakers, umbrellas, lounge chairs, outdoor dining table and a propane fire pit, it's the perfect place to relax in the sun listening to your favorite artists. Enjoy breakfast as the sun comes up, or entertain guests for a truly spectacular gourmet dinner. The pool house includes a bathroom, swimsuit dryer, and a climate-controlled bar/lounge area.

Two private balconies are complete with an outdoor sofa, dining tables and lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view of the spectacular lake. The master balcony also is equipped with a stunning wood-burning fireplace.

The Estate is also equipped with a private boat dock, perfect for fishing!

YOUR HOST: We have a caretaker who lives on a neighboring property, so unlike most VRBO rentals, we are always available to help.

RENTAL DETAILS: This rental is for the Mansion, Pool House, Pool, and Direct Lake Access. This rental does not include the entire 13-acre property or additional buildings on the property.

CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is guaranteed by 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. We are happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, but cannot make any guarantees until one week prior to arrival in case the house is occupied on your arrival or departure date. Additional fees will apply.

RATES: Subject to change. The rates shown are reflective of main house, pool, and pool house. Rates do not include: guest house, stables, tented areas, catering kitchen, tent area bathrooms, or tent storage area.

PETS: We do not allow pets of any kind.

SMOKING: Smoking is only allowed in outside designated areas. Smoking inside or within 10 feet of any building on the property will constitute immediate forfeiture of the entire damage deposit.

DISCLOSURE: We value the safety + security of our guests. For this reason we have the following outdoor cameras in use:

This house is perfect for a large family get together. Plenty of large bedrooms, big gathering places and a very nice pool and outdoor space. Away from the clutter of Nashville but still close enough to enjoy. Would recommend to family and friends.

Fabulous house at idyllic location

The Estate at Cherokee Dock is an amazingThe Estate at Cherokee Dock is an amazing home right on the river. First, it is large enough to host our family gathering of 15 people…no one was sleeping on couches or in the family room. More importantly no one had to wait to take a shower after a day of swimming and boating. Second, the location was unparalleled. The house is right on the river with not a lot of other houses around. Thus we enjoyed the water with very little boat traffic. And because of the seclusion we did not need to deal with noisy neighbors. In fact the children enjoyed seeing the wildlife: birds, squirrels, etc. Lastly, the owner and staff work extremely hard to maintain a 5 star establishment. And while we had a few issues, they were responsive. I think that is what is most important. They genuinely want their guests to have exceptional time.

Awesome Property

The Estate at Cherokee Dock was wonderful. The house itself is huge and all of the bedrooms are super comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and having the pool, hot tub, theater, game room and gym made it so we never needed to leave to property. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped with the recovery of a lost phone. I highly recommend this property!

Coolest place to stay!!!

We were so excited to have found this property to host our Mastermind training group for about 25 people. From the minute we started communications, the team was so helpful in answering all of the questions that we needed to make our decision. It was truly such an easy process. The property is really breathtaking! From pulling up to the gates and driving up, it is so beautiful. The whole house was perfectly prepared for us to arrive! We loved the whole experience especially cooking in that amazing kitchen! We even got to enjoy the hot tub! It was definetly an awesome experience to stay there. The team staying at the barn apartment which was such a great idea! The team was able to have privacy after each day ended and that was wonderful. Kevin helped us throughout the stay with all of the text messages asking a million questions, he made sure no matter the time of night, he quickly responded which was super helpful. I highly recommend staying here, we sure can't wait to be back!

From the beautiful front gates, to the picturesque winding driveway, to the lovely antebellum house to the amazing water views from each room, this property is an honor to visit. You can tell from the photos the place is gorgeous, and it is. I’d like to mention, in addition, how responsive the management was. Glorious family vacation

We spent a lovely weekend at the home and can’t say enough about our experience. The grounds and views from the home are gorgeous with something new to see around every corner. The country music themed rooms are fun and so comfortable! We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen and found everything we needed was already there. Our boys enjoyed the selection of games and the arcade and we all loved cozying up for a movie in the theater room. There is something so calming about being on the lake. We loom forward to the opportunity to return to this beautiful and unique home!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We loved our stay at the breathtaking Cherokee Dock Estate! The staff was very friendly and helpful, even had a pack and play, booster seat and high chair on site. The movie theater was a big hit with the kids as well as exploring the beautiful grounds. It was the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and just enjoy some family time. We can't wait to be back.....and book a longer stay!

There should be more instructors on how to work most of the appliances properly. The cleaning could've been better. I couldn't find the barbeque grill. The staff was nice but he didn't answer too many calls. With the amount of money your paying it could have been a little better. Overall I was dissatisfied

Upon our arrival we were given a code to the private gate. We were met by one of the property managers and showed us the whole property and how to use everything. We were given her personal cell phone number and were told to call with any questions. The mansion itself is awesome but the location can’t be beat. Elevator, movie theater, awesome kitchen, it has it all. On the lake, huge pool and hot tub with an awesome pool house. I could go on and on. Trust me get a group together and split the cost. It’s a vacation you will never forget!!
