Kelli was amazing and addressed all our questions and household needs. The property was perfect for our group and the adult kids especially loved the basement game room which was perfect for meeting the "quiet hours" requirements. We also rented a pontoon boat for the week and couldn't of asked for better service or price!!! Thank You!My only feedback, and not necessarily negative, some bedrooms do not have dressers or night stands and those would of been nice to have so we werent living out of our suitcases for the week.

This home is beautiful lake front property. There are lots of deer that roam the area. The back porches (top and second story) are perfect for early morning coffee, and the view is beautiful. There are lots of seats out there to sit on. There are three steep steps right inside the front door and there is no rail, so if anyone in your party has mobility issues, they can go up a ramp on the outside and through sliding doors. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of prep area. There is a small sitting area on the main level with a kitchen nook table. There is a huge table in the lower area of the entry way by the front door. There are two lower levels with steep stairs down, and there are lots of comfortable beds. There are plenty of towels and linens but bring your own shampoo, none is provided. Host had good communication and worked with us, answered us promptly.

Property seems to be outdated but we enjoyed the overall charm of the house. TVs need upgraded. Mirrors should be in every room. There were outlets that didn’t seem to work. There needs to be more seating in the little kitchen area. We went and bought camping chairs to accommodate our large group. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay with a safe neighborhood feel. Awesome fishing from the dock.

This location was perfect for our family reunion! It easily accommodated our group of 9 adults and 1 toddler, with ample space for us to spread out. It was close enough to get to the attractions of Nashville within about 30 minutes, and had beautiful views of the lake.

Our April 23–26 stay in Mt. Juliet, TN had several maintenance and cleanliness concerns that impacted our experience. Upon arrival, we noticed significant dust build-up, worn and weathered patio cushions, debris on the deck, and a grill that was not clean or ready for use. The fire pit also was not prepared for burning, which was disappointing since we planned to enjoy the outdoor amenities our first evening. Unfortunately, because the patio area was not fully accessible or inviting, our first night plans were essentially lost.We also experienced issues with the hot water. The hot water went out during the stay, and even before that, there was only enough hot water for one or two showers at a time. In addition, there was a very loud gas pump or mechanical noise in the downstairs bedroom area that was unsettling, especially since we were initially unsure what the machine was.To the host’s credit, she was cordial, responsive, and attempted to address each concern as it was reported. However, the number of issues and the condition of several amenities prevented the stay from fully meeting expectations.

we had a wonderful time staying here. The house was huge with plenty of space for all 11 of us. The location was perfect for us as we love to fish and kayak. It was easy for us to do both right from the dock. Kellie was super responsive with any questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Yes, the host was welcoming. She answered all of my questions promptly. The beds were comfortable. That being said, the floors were filthy, all of the coffee cups dirty and had to be washed before we could use them. It got cold while we we were there and when we turned the downstairs heat on, it smelled very bad. It appeared that the filter was very dirty. I was going to mop the floors, but the mops were dirty. If someone is being paid to clean this home, they aren't doing a very good job. We did enjoy the view and other amenities offered.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I can assure you all the floors were cleaned before you arrived and A clean mop head left on the top and bottom floor for any clean up. The filters are replaced monthly. If you had mentioned any of these things during your stay I would definitely have immediately addressed them. We always strive for a five 10 out of 10 experience.

Right on the water yet close to downtown and all of the "honkey tonks" You can swim and fish behind the house. Game room has big screen tv, and pool table. Gas grill located on 1 of the 3 decks overlooking the lake. 3 dining areas that can seat over 20 people. Lots of parking.
