Summer period Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival on Saturday from 16h - Departure on Saturday before 11h - Possibility of hiring at your convenience except summer period: weekend, public holidays .... Do not hesitate to ask us

- Prices indicated for one week and for 2 to 6 persons
- Booking deposit is 30%
- Balance to be paid 20 days before arrival. Deposit: 600euros (check not cashed) deposit of 80 euros (check not cashed) pr the final cleaning if household correct, rendered
-Thank you to provide an extension of your liability insurance (provided free of charge by your insurance) for the rental period to be provided upon your arrival

- 80 kms from Bordeaux / 100 kms from Cap Ferret / 140 kms from the Dune du Pilat
ACCESS:
The ferry, pleasure of the crossing, saves time: in Royan: schedules ferries Royan-Le Verdon
In summer, expect a wait time, why not enjoy an ice cream on the marina Royan ... because of the crowds on weekends cross-country or for brave take the first bins in the morning.
If you do not want to take the ferry to Grayan with your car, coming from the north via the A10 motorway, you have two options
Either by Bordeaux and the Pont d'Aquitaine, or by the Blaye-Lamarque ferry, comparing the distance between the Saintes exit, the A10 motorway and Soulac-sur-Mer, in the three options:
- by ferry from Royan - Le Verdon: 15 km
- via the Pont d'Aquitaine and the Bordeaux ring road: 210 km
- by Blaye and the Blaye - Lamarque ferry: 130 km (tourist option)
