My family and I have been traveling for years and this is by far the best vacation home we have stayed in. The house is on a quiet street that makes about a 1 mile loop and is perfect to walking and scooters! Manasota key beach is about 2 miles which made for a nice short drive after dinner for sunsets! When we arrived the house was so clean and smelled fresh and new! We stayed for over a month and eat in quite a bit, so having a well equipped house is always great. There was every kitchen item we could have ever needed including a crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, awesome blender, cookware, bakeware, grilling and so much more! The home is open concept in the living areas which was perfect for us. There is honestly not enough good things I can say about this property. We spent so much time in the pool and spa and fishing off the dock! The kayaks were so great for exploring the canal. We highly recommend Ryan’s place and hope to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful time at the Shell house. It’s centrally located to a lot of beaches that are all beautiful. The house very clean and has all the amenities that you need. Every time I was needing something I would look around and there it was. I would definitely recommend the Shell House.

We just had the most unforgettable family vacation and this house was a big part of it. The layout of the house was spectacular for our family and the walk to the beach bridge is literally two doors down! Only to be complemented by the heated pool in the backyard! Very close to the best homemade ice cream parlor and Publix grocery store! There was no way to not relax and rejuvenate - everything was at our fingertips. Heidi and Art were very accommodating and responsive hosts. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us…
