Introducing TJ’s apartment providing high quality serviced accommodation in the beautiful county of Devon, ideal for either a couple or a solo traveller.

Our modern studio apartment is situated in the Brewhouse part of the Royal William Yard and has all the features you would expect of this iconic historical site like the original stone walls and oak floors.

The brewhouse building adjoins the Marina on one side and the sea on the other. There are glorious views across the River Tamar to Cornwall and onto the many yachts and sailing vessels in the Marina.

There is a beach just 10 minutes walk from the yard called Firestone Bay by Devils Point.

The apartment comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay including fully appointed kitchen area (with crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle and cafetière). All kitchen cleaning products are provided, there is also a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and bathroom with large shower, toiletries (hand soap and shower gel) and towels, living area with large King Size bed with Emma luxury memory foam mattress for extra comfort, and egyptian cotton bed linen.

There is a hairdryer provided, a hand steam press, a dyson and the apartment is fitted with smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit for your safety.

There are large floor to ceiling patio doors that open onto a beautiful view of the cherry trees in the square below, with views across to Edgecumbe Estate in Cornwall.

There is also a 65 inch Smart TV with sound bar for your viewing. This includes most apps including Netflix. A wi-fi Password and Code will be provided for your stay.

There is an Alexa and we also provide i-phone and android chargers with leads for your convenience.
