Dette komfortable havnefront feriehus ligger i ønskeligt Yacht Club med sydlige eksponering. Gåafstand til stranden og adgang til floden inden for få minutter. Den åbne grundplan giver privatlivet til master suite på den ene side af hjemmet, afsluttet med en konge seng og tilhørende master badeværelse med jacuzzi badekar og en tur i bruseniche. På den anden side er der 2 soveværelser indrettet med dronning senge og 2 komplette badeværelser. Der er et vedhæftet gennemgangslokale til et af soveværelserne med en sovesofa. Det rummelige hjem er fuldt udstyret med et fuldt udstyret køkken og helt nye rustfrit stål apparater, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, strygejern, kabel-tv, højhastigheds internet, telefon (kun i USA), bordtennis, poolbord, spil og bøger. Komfortable møbler over hele hjemmet. Fra stuen, soveværelse og gæstetoilet er der direkte adgang til poolen. Udendørs levende er en af ​​en slags med sommer køkken, pool, spa, solnedgang bar siddeområde & 2nd story solterrasse med udsigt over marinaen! Stort havneområde med Tiki bord og en bådslip.

Slice of paradise

Beautiful property and very comfortable. The sunsets were amazing. The pool and outdoor area were great, we spent most of our time outside. Rent this home, you will be happy you did!

Great location

Property was nestled back off in a quite neighborhood. Everything you needed was there and open. Check in was easy and they very great at communicating. The pool and sunsets were stunning.

Die Villa ist toll gelegen, größzügig und gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Mit dem Boot ist man innerhalb von ein paar Minuten auf dem River. Wenn das Boat House nächstes Jahr wieder eröffnet werden soll, gibt es noch einen Punkt extra dazu.Drei Schlafzimmer mit Bädern lassen kaum Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist groß. ein großer Esstisch läd ein, dank gutem Wetter haben wir aber immer auf der Terrasse gegessen. Uns war es nicht wichtig, dass das Haus nicht neu ist. Der Pool ist ausreichen und der Wirlpool ein schöner Zusatz,im Sommer aber nicht nötig. Ein Poolroboter hält das Wasser sauber. Die Verwalterin ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn es Sonntag ist. Hilfe sofort, Abhilfe innerhalb weniger Stunden.Die Fotos sind meist nahe an der Realität.

Great Getaway Location

Our family loved this home! Everything described in the listing is as nice as it appears. Not only did we enjoy the clean and luxurious interior, we loved the location, the boat dock, the pool and the outdoor kitchen and dining areas as well. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of beach toys and equipment as well. The bicycles were also a nice touch. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay at this home again!

Gut ausgestattete Villa mit herrlich freiem Blick auf den Kanal

Tolle Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin, die sich um die leider notwendigen Reparaturen am Whirl-Pool so schnell es eben am Wochenende ging kümmerte. Zunächst unfreundlicher Empfang durch die Property Managerin, die aber wohl nur einen schlechten Tag hatte und bei der Abreise deutlich netter war. Die Fotos im Internet vermitteln eine Großzügigkeit des Hauses, die nicht ganz gegeben ist, für 6 Personen ist das Haus dennoch knapp ausreichend, wenn man gut zu zweit in Queen-Size-Betten (Breite 1,40 m) schlafen kann (für unsere Kinder war das für eine Woche okay, wir waren froh, dass wir ein King-Size-Bett hatten). Dies ist aber wohl ganz normal in Amerika, haben wir auch so in den Hotels erlebt. Sowieso ist das Haus nicht nur mit dem Schlafzimmer, sondern z. B. auch mit Sonnenliegen etc. eindeutig darauf ausgelegt, dass es 2 Erwachsenen an nichts fehlt, die üblichen müssen sich mit etwas weniger zufrieden geben (auch was die Größe der Bäder, Qualität der Sonnenliegen etc. angeht). Das Haus ist vor allem was Küchenutensilien, Geschirr etc. angeht sehr gut ausgestattet, Handtücher gab es ebenfalls mehr als genug. Waschmaschine und Trockner prima, unsere Kinder fanden die Eiswürfel-Maschine des Kühlschranks toll. Der Pool ist nicht überbaut, was wir klasse fanden, wer empfindlich auf Mücken und andere Tierchen reagiert, sollte hierauf vielleicht achten. Toll der Billardtisch und die Tischtennisplatte. Garage konnten wir nicht nutzen, da wir einen riesigen Wagen hatten und das Auto der Besitzer bereits in der Garage stand, so dass unser Auto keinen Platz hatte. Wir hatten allerdings auch wirklich ein sehr großes Model.... Der Blick ist herrlich unverbaut, gegenüber nur Palmen und Grünflächen, kein anderes Haus, auf das man blickt. Jeden Abend ein traumhafter Sunset. Lage ist ideal, sehr ruhig abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man im Null-Komma-Nix dort, wo sich das meiste in Cape Coral abspielt. Winn-Dixie quasi vor der Tür, ebenso die 47th Terrace und das Boatshouse im Yachthafen. Fazit: Wir würden das Haus weiter empfehlen, allerdings doch eher für 4 als für 6 Personen, aber das ist ja jedem selbst überlassen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, eine Beurteilung unseres Hauses zu schreiben. Nur zum Verständnis: Das Haus verfügt über einen Grundriss von ueber 2800 sft (280qm) mit 3 geräumigen Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Aus der Beschreibung kann man entnehmen, dass 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem King-Size-Bett und 2 Schlafzimmer mit Queen-Size-Betten ausgestattet sind (im 2. Schlafzimmer befindet sich ausserdem noch Ausziehsofa). Alle Gäste, die mit j6 Personen oder gar 8 Personen unser Haus gemietet haben, kamen mit der angegeben Wohn- und Schlaffläche bestens aus! Da es sich um eine amerikanische Doppelgarage handelt, passen auch 2 Autos jeglicher Größe in die Garage. Im Poolbereich befinden sich 2 massive Polyrattan Sonnenliegen und 4 klappbare Sonnenliegen. Aufgrund eines Ausfalls der Elektronik, war der Whirlpool leider ein Tag nicht benutzbar, aber bereits am nächsten Tag wieder voll funktionsfähig. Wir bitten um Entschuldigung!

The house was even better than the pictures. Everything was well above expectations and we enjoyed magnificent sunrises as well as sunsets. The location of the house was excellent with the proximity to the yacht club and still a very quiet neighborhood.

Amazing

What an amazing property, without a doubt the best we have stayed in, and we've stayed in a few! The villa was spotlessly clean and looked beautiful, even better than the pictures. The bedrooms were all a good size and the master suite was lovely. The villa was really well equipped, lots of utensils in the kitchen, and plenty of bits and pieces for trips to the beach. The location is perfect, easy access in and out of Cape Coral, some great restaurants nearby and the boathouse a walk away. Leaving the best for last, the outside area, I do not have enough good words to say about the outside.... Fabulous view Fabulous sunset Fabulous pool and spa Fabulous outside grill Fabulous boatdock All in all just fabulous....everything! We will be back without a doubt!

Beautiful home, full amenities

I vacation with 5 high school friends (1971 class) every couple years, and we’ve agreed this is the best place yet. The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of space for us to spread out and had everything we could need. ( I brought a blow dryer but used the one supplied because it was better than my own.) The beds were comfortable—I slept in the master with one of my friends, and we both commented on the comfort. We shopped at a nearby winn-dixie and cooked most meals there with a fully stocked kitchen. There were lots of pantry items as well as lots of cookware, utensils, small appliances, food storage containers, etc. List of other amenities: 4 TVs, superfast wi-fi, washer/dryer, a Wii (no games tho so bring your own,) pool table, ping pong table, games, 3 bikes and helmets, 6 beach chairs and lots of towels, a cooler, an extra bed in the fold-out couch, extra blankets, pillows, and throws. Outside: heated pool & spa with lots of deck space, outdoor chaises, gravity chairs, covered area with dining table and chairs, bar and bar stools, a small table and chairs on lower deck level, and a small balcony with seating accessed by an outside staircase, a covered built-in gas grill and sink, and a second portable gas grill. A small pier with a boat lift extended out on the wide canal. The property manager, Marion, was very nice, answered our calls and quickly took care of a couple minor problems. We hope this house will be available for our next reunion. We enjoyed our stay immensely and really want to return.

Amazing Spring Break!

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful house! Walking distance to the Yacht Club, pool, dock, beautiful covered deck and so much more. I am a chef, with that being said, I cooked so many meals, and they have all the perfect utensils! We hope we will be staying at this place again real soon!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed a winter escape to Cape Coral and will go back. This property in the Yacht Club had the best outdoor views of the canal and Marina! The home is immaculate and the bedrooms spread out to give everyone privacy. The only negative was that the weather was cooler and the pool and hot tub were not able to reach warm enough temperatures.

Thank you for your kind words about our home. I am sorry to hear that you had issues heating up the pool/hot tub. This is the first time I heard about this issue. In the past we had never encountered that problem thanks to the brand new pool heater we installed. It is not an issue to heat up the hot tub over 100 degrees within 2 hours, also on cold days. I had a technician over to look at it and it works properly. If I would have known at the time I would have send the technician to explain how to get the spa to the desired temperature.

A beautiful well furnished home with a great location.

Very upscale home. Kitchen was equipped with every thing a gourmet cook could want and need. Beautifully and tastefully furnished. Multiple seating areas with comfortable furniture. Three nice bikes which we used to explore the neighborhood. The pool table was an extra bonus. Close to the fabulous tiki boat house restaurant and John's pontoon boat rental.The owner was very responsive to all our inquiries. All three couples throughly enjoyed our stay.

Georgeous Home! Beautiful location .. clean, clean, clean!

We loved staying at Elizabeth's home on Cape Coral. We wanted a place away from town a bit and on the water, but not on the beach. The location of the home is pretty great .. about 5 minutes over the bridge but toward the end of the canal system such that it felt much more like a part of the bay and not a water driveway. Beautiful sunsets, etc.. And the home is in great condition. The photos are an honest reflection of the quality and cleanliness of the structure. We used the hot tub and pool daily .. cooked frequently .. and the home is very nicely furnished with odds and ends (spices, soap, instructions ..) that it made everything easy. We'd absolutely stay here again! Thanks!

Wunderbares Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Meine Familie und ich haben im August 2018 10 wunderbare Tage in diesem Haus verbracht und es hätten gern noch mehr sein können. Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann, uns hat es an nichts gemangelt. Den großzügigen Wohnbereich mit der vollausgestatteten Küche haben wir genauso genossen wie den schönen Außenbereich mit Pool und Steg. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und den Verwaltern war immer schnell und freundlich. Ich kann das Haus ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen, uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with clear instruction on our arrival from the friendly manager. A brilliant base for exploring the area which we certainly did visiting lots of State Parks, restaurants etc.
