About this property

Sea Star Luxury Villa is a unique villa located on the East End of the beautiful Caribbean Island of St. Thomas. Sea Star is designed to provide all the comforts of home with the serenity that can only be found in the islands. Take a deep breath and relax as you gaze out over our infinity pool onto the clear turquoise waters of Great Bay.

Sea Star Luxury Villa is conveniently located just down the beach from the Ritz Carlton resort however, at Sea Star, we have our very own private and secluded white sand beach, equipped with beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks and snorkeling gear- all you need to enjoy the perfect day by the water!

Along with our pristine infinity pool, we have a large patio with lounge chairs, a stainless steel gas grill and two separate covered dining areas- seating a total of 20 people. In our covered lower level, we also have a 7-person jacuzzi, overlooking the ocean.

The villa itself has three bedrooms on the main level- each with their own full bath. In addition there are three suites on the lower level complete with a full bath, private lounge area, and pull-out sofa. We sleep 18 adults using beds and pull out couches, and can provide air mattresses for additional guests if requested. We have had families of up to 22 people comfortably stay at Sea Star! The main floor is also fitted with a full kitchen and dining area perfect for large groups. We have a complete entertainment system with a bluRay player and movie library, a surround sound system, and Wifi.

Additionally for your convenience, we have a washer/ dryer, air conditioning in every room, and an automatic generator in case of a power outage (which can happen in the tropics).

Sea Star Luxury Villa strives to be an ideal place to spend the vacation of a lifetime. We are constantly upgrading and are in the process of expanding our beach to allow for more beach activities and accommodations. We are full service vacation providers and aim to ensure that all of our guests enjoy a stress-free stay. We have a concierge to help organize any other services while you are here including boat trips, at-home massages etc.

Beautiful Views!!

This beautiful home has it all! Plenty of room for our group of 9. Very clean. Owner was great. Very private. Gorgeous infinity pool and views. Loved watching the sunrise every morning. Also enjoyed being right on the ocean and using the 3 kayaks. Would highly recommend and we’d definitely stay there again!

Celebration Trip

There were 10 of us staying at the house celebrating various things. The house was very similar to the listing, which was good. When we arrived, we found that the hot tub did not work and the gate was not working either, but Chris came out the same day and attempted to begin repairs. Sadly, we also found some mold in at least two of the bedrooms on the lower level. One bedroom was not suitable for anyone to stay in and I'm glad that we did not have a 6th couple. Chris came back the next day and attempted to finish the repairs to the hot tub and unfortunately it did not work during our stay, but we didn't rent the house primarily for the hot tub. Chris did provide a very reasonable credit towards our stay and we appreciated that! The upstairs and the outdoor space were AMAZING and we spent most of time while we were at the house taking in the views and enjoying the patio and pool! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend the house to friends, but hope that they fix the mold issue and are able to repair the hot tub!

Star Villa

Property was exactly as advertised. The two levels and spacious bedrooms were great for all the couples. Chris was very responsive!Just make sure to bring water shoes if you want to use paddleboards/kayaks. Absolutely fantastic home!

Beautiful home

Stunning property with gorgeous ocean views and pool! Loved that every room had their own bathroom and plenty of space for the 10 of us! Easy to drive to places, about 20-30 min to most attractions we wanted to see. Chris was a pleasure to work with. We found our own caterer to help with a dinner one night and provisioning services and went great! Highly recommend Baja Bites. The ice machine was clutch too! Super helpful! Highly recommend house, you won’t be disappointed in amenities.

Lovely stay

The house was great, the view and pool were 10 out 10. The owner and property manager were extremely responsive to any needs or questions we had. We arrived in a tropical storm and they checked in with us multiple times. We stayed with a party 16 ages 8-85. The area is very convenient for day trips around the island or just to eat in Red Hook. Ferry to StJohn is right around the corner and must!

Son’s wedding trip

Christian met me upon my arrival and took the time to give me a thorough tour of the property, after which we left to get groceries. Upon our return, we discovered the power had gone out and the generator hadn’t kicked in. I notified Chris, and he and Christian showed up in a matter of minutes and got the generator going. They also offered for me to contact them at any time if needed, which I did (twice) during my stay. Their responsiveness and positive attitudes were impressive to say the least. Our son was married during this trip and we had roughly 30 people at the house afterwards, and the house easily accommodated the group. Kids and adults alike had a great time and we’re impressed with this property. I highly recommend it, and give kudos and two thumbs up to Chris and Christian as hosts.

Sea Star Villa, USVI is THE BEST of the Best in St. Thomas

The Sea Star Villa USVI property is everything it says it is....and more! We were delighted to find the property was more beautiful than the pictures. The spacious bedrooms, common areas, and kitchen were well equipped with everything you might need at a VRBO. We especially appreciated the beach towels and extra towels for our family of 10. Each bedroom was used and having a bathroom for each bedroom was ideal - no sharing, no waiting! Chris was a super host - we had a couple questions, and he was quick to respond and was quite helpful. The outdoor area was amazing - the views of St. John, Great St. James, and St. Thomas were stunning at sunrise, sunset, and all day. There are not words sufficient to describe the beauty of the blue waters, sandy beaches and amazing panoramic views that this property offers. We enjoyed having kayaks and paddle boards on property resulted in a fun afternoon for us and the little sea urchins were not a problem - wear water shoes and you will be fine. The location is ideal - just a few minutes to Red Hook and its great restaurants and the American Yacht Harbor where we were able to set sail on a Seas the Day catamaran snorkeling trip. Access to Charlotte Amalie is easy too, via car or taxi from Red Hook. Great shopping and eating options in the beautiful capital. If you have a large group, this is the place to stay. Stunning Views

Perfect vacation spot for our large family and a baby! The location is super close to Red Hook and the bay is very quiet! We absolutely loved the deep pool, kayaks, paddle boards and being able to enjoy cocktails around the pool while enjoying the sound of the ocean. Everyone loved having their own and large rooms with a bathroom! It truly is a magical place!

Spacious home

Fantastic property for 6 adults and 7 children for the week. Gorgeous area outdoors with a volleyball court, hammock and many areas to sunbath or just relax. Plenty of rooms for us to all have our own space and not feel on top of each other. Pool was a huge hit, temp was just right. Kitchen had every necessity we could think of to make our meals. Plenty of linens and we all commented on how our beds were really comfortable. Love that we were able to utilize the washer and dryer. Industrial size ice maker downstairs came in handy daily. Grill outdoors worked great for grilling. House was cool with AC and fans. This home has a privacy gate that you can lock to feel more comfortable. Neighbor to one side wasnt there all week and the other house next door is abandoned so it was nice and quiet other than the roosters (we loved it....but bring earplugs if you cant sleep through their noise every morning). I had to contact Chris a couple times and he was great at answering quickly. Christian was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely visit again! Thank you Chris & Christian.

Book it for the View!

The house was great for our group. I was a little nervous before we arrived because the location that VRBO sent was not the same as the house listing, but when we got there everything was just as mentioned in the listing. When we land on the island, we texted and were given a Google link to the house where we were met and introduced to the features of the house. The view is so beautiful. I was a bit confused before we arrived about the bedroom situation, but it ended up working out. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, are on the top floor with the living room, kitchen and half bath. There are three more bedrooms downstairs. These are accessed through an outdoor staircase. Each of these bedrooms would be perfect for a family of 4 because there is a bed and a pull out sofa, and a bathroom in each room. There is a commercial ice maker downstairs which is an added bonus. Kayaking and sand volleyball were lots of fun, but make sure and bring water shoes (lots of sea urchins). There were supplies (cooler, floats, beach chairs and beach towels) to make a beach day easy. We all agreed that we would definitely stay there again.

Incredible property for a big family vacation

We stayed at this amazing house with 10 kids and 6 kids (ages 6 months-3 years old). The property was so well equipped to host a large group. The kitchen and bedrooms were well stocked with whatever we could need. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. There were pool floaties, snorkel gear, kayaks, volleyballs, anything we could want to play with. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip to St Thomas. Thank you Chris!!

Amazing house for a large group

Sea Star Villa was the perfect house for our family of 15 visiting St Thomas! It was exactly as described in the listing and I’d recommend it to anyone. We especially loved the volleyball court, kayaks, and snorkeling gear at the house. Bring water shoes, there are lots of sea urchins. You’ll need some patience with the kitchen, but the pros of the house far outweigh the cons. The oven takes about an hour to preheat and we had trouble with two of the burners. The ice maker in the fridge wasn’t working but there’s a huge commercial sized ice machine in the lower level. Two of the rooms downstairs are suites, with a door separating the main bedroom from the living room with a pull out couch. Perfect for traveling with little kids. The third downstairs room is actually a second master bedroom. 3 of the bedrooms have ocean view and they all have en suite bathrooms. There are safes in all the closets. The location is great is an easy 5 min drive into Red Hook with several grocery stores, shops, and restaurants nearby. Also right by the ferry to St John. We hope to stay at Sea Star Villa again!

The best wedding week!

We had the best time celebrating our destination wedding with our friends and family at the Sea Star Villa. This villa is within 5 minutes of Red Hook, and is about 25 minutes away from the airport. The house was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with, the views were stunning, the pool is immaculate, and there is a commercial ice maker on site! We truly had the best time, and everyone on the trip enjoyed their stay! We made memories that will last a lifetime.

Boys trip

The house is perfect. Prefect location and amenities. We stayed here with 10 guys , all of us stayed comfortably. The house and property is perfect with the views of the water and volley ball court, not to mention the infinity pool right out the back door. I highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The property manager Chris was great and the concierge Molly that I dealt with was amazing as well. Great experience and highly recommend

Great place

Overall we thought the property was well maintained however would suggest a few improvements. The Kayaks were missing a plug and one of them we had to repair a leak because it had a hole in the bottom and kept taking on water. We were able to do a McGyver and fix it but they all could use some TLC. The grounds were clean and the house was presented in good condition.

Beautiful location

The house could use some updating. Some windows wouldn’t close all the way to increase energy efficiency. Some things were not working properly such as only 2 out of four ranges on the stove and the oven took over 40 min to preheat. However, the property manager was very respawns helpful. The location was everyone’s favorite. Everyone enjoyed the pool and breathtaking view.

Awesome

This is an outstanding property for a large family like ours. The layout was also great. The adults stayed upstairs ( along with our youngest grandson 14 months ) and the rest of family members stayed downstairs. Which they loved. Every think in kitchen worked and we had enough plates and glasses. All the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and that was perfect. But the best was all the extra amenities, we were right on the beach and the Volleyball was a hit with my family plus the kayaks and paddle board and the younger boys loved going in the hot tub. So besides enjoying all the beaches and restaurants and sights in St Thomas the house was fantastic for our family. And between Chris and Christian they both came through for us to make our week at Star Villa the best ever. Many thanks.
