Sea Star Luxury Villa è una villa unica situata all'estremità orientale della bellissima isola caraibica di San Tommaso. Sea Star è progettato per fornire tutti i comfort di casa con la serenità che si può trovare solo nelle isole. Fai un respiro profondo e rilassati guardando la nostra piscina a sfioro sulle chiare acque turchesi di Great Bay.

Sea Star Luxury Villa si trova in fondo alla spiaggia dal resort Ritz Carlton, tuttavia, a Sea Star, abbiamo la nostra spiaggia privata e appartata di sabbia bianca, attrezzata con sedie a sdraio, tavole da paddle, kayak e attrezzatura per lo snorkeling - tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno godersi la giornata perfetta sull'acqua!

Insieme con la nostra piscina a sfioro incontaminata, abbiamo un ampio patio con sedie a sdraio, una griglia a gas in acciaio inox e due aree pranzo separate coperte, che può ospitare un totale di 20 persone. Nel nostro livello inferiore coperto, abbiamo anche una vasca idromassaggio per 7 persone, con vista sull'oceano.

La villa stessa ha tre camere da letto al livello principale, ognuna con il proprio bagno completo. Inoltre ci sono due suite al piano inferiore complete di bagno completo, salotto privato e divano letto. Dormiamo 14 adulti, e in grado di fornire materassi ad aria per gli ospiti aggiuntivi, se richiesto. Abbiamo alloggiato comodamente in Sea Star famiglie di massimo 20 persone! Il piano principale è anche dotato di una cucina completa e sala da pranzo ideale per grandi gruppi. Abbiamo un sistema di intrattenimento completo con lettore BluRay e libreria di film, un sistema audio surround e Wifi.

Inoltre, per vostra comodità, abbiamo una lavatrice / asciugatrice, aria condizionata in ogni stanza e un generatore automatico in caso di interruzione di corrente (che può accadere nei tropici).

Lovely stay
The house was great, the view and pool were 10 out 10. The owner and property manager were extremely responsive to any needs or questions we had. We arrived in a tropical storm and they checked in with us multiple times. We stayed with a party 16 ages 8-85. The area is very convenient for day trips around the island or just to eat in Red Hook. Ferry to StJohn is right around the corner and must!

Son’s wedding trip
Christian met me upon my arrival and took the time to give me a thorough tour of the property, after which we left to get groceries. Upon our return, we discovered the power had gone out and the generator hadn’t kicked in. I notified Chris, and he and Christian showed up in a matter of minutes and got the generator going. They also offered for me to contact them at any time if needed, which I did (twice) during my stay. Their responsiveness and positive attitudes were impressive to say the least. Our son was married during this trip and we had roughly 30 people at the house afterwards, and the house easily accommodated the group. Kids and adults alike had a great time and we’re impressed with this property. I highly recommend it, and give kudos and two thumbs up to Chris and Christian as hosts.

Sea Star Villa, USVI is THE BEST of the Best in St. Thomas
The Sea Star Villa USVI property is everything it says it is....and more! We were delighted to find the property was more beautiful than the pictures. The spacious bedrooms, common areas, and kitchen were well equipped with everything you might need at a VRBO. We especially appreciated the beach towels and extra towels for our family of 10. Each bedroom was used and having a bathroom for each bedroom was ideal - no sharing, no waiting! Chris was a super host - we had a couple questions, and he was quick to respond and was quite helpful. The outdoor area was amazing - the views of St. John, Great St. James, and St. Thomas were stunning at sunrise, sunset, and all day. There are not words sufficient to describe the beauty of the blue waters, sandy beaches and amazing panoramic views that this property offers. We enjoyed having kayaks and paddle boards on property resulted in a fun afternoon for us and the little sea urchins were not a problem - wear water shoes and you will be fine. The location is ideal - just a few minutes to Red Hook and its great restaurants and the American Yacht Harbor where we were able to set sail on a Seas the Day catamaran snorkeling trip. Access to Charlotte Amalie is easy too, via car or taxi from Red Hook. Great shopping and eating options in the beautiful capital. If you have a large group, this is the place to stay. Stunning Views
Perfect vacation spot for our large family and a baby! The location is super close to Red Hook and the bay is very quiet! We absolutely loved the deep pool, kayaks, paddle boards and being able to enjoy cocktails around the pool while enjoying the sound of the ocean. Everyone loved having their own and large rooms with a bathroom! It truly is a magical place!

Spacious home
Fantastic property for 6 adults and 7 children for the week. Gorgeous area outdoors with a volleyball court, hammock and many areas to sunbath or just relax. Plenty of rooms for us to all have our own space and not feel on top of each other. Pool was a huge hit, temp was just right. Kitchen had every necessity we could think of to make our meals. Plenty of linens and we all commented on how our beds were really comfortable. Love that we were able to utilize the washer and dryer. Industrial size ice maker downstairs came in handy daily. Grill outdoors worked great for grilling. House was cool with AC and fans. This home has a privacy gate that you can lock to feel more comfortable. Neighbor to one side wasnt there all week and the other house next door is abandoned so it was nice and quiet other than the roosters (we loved it....but bring earplugs if you cant sleep through their noise every morning). I had to contact Chris a couple times and he was great at answering quickly. Christian was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely visit again! Thank you Chris & Christian.

Book it for the View!
The house was great for our group. I was a little nervous before we arrived because the location that VRBO sent was not the same as the house listing, but when we got there everything was just as mentioned in the listing. When we land on the island, we texted and were given a Google link to the house where we were met and introduced to the features of the house. The view is so beautiful. I was a bit confused before we arrived about the bedroom situation, but it ended up working out. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, are on the top floor with the living room, kitchen and half bath. There are three more bedrooms downstairs. These are accessed through an outdoor staircase. Each of these bedrooms would be perfect for a family of 4 because there is a bed and a pull out sofa, and a bathroom in each room. There is a commercial ice maker downstairs which is an added bonus. Kayaking and sand volleyball were lots of fun, but make sure and bring water shoes (lots of sea urchins). There were supplies (cooler, floats, beach chairs and beach towels) to make a beach day easy. We all agreed that we would definitely stay there again.

Incredible property for a big family vacation
We stayed at this amazing house with 10 kids and 6 kids (ages 6 months-3 years old). The property was so well equipped to host a large group. The kitchen and bedrooms were well stocked with whatever we could need. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. There were pool floaties, snorkel gear, kayaks, volleyballs, anything we could want to play with. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip to St Thomas. Thank you Chris!!

Amazing house for a large group
Sea Star Villa was the perfect house for our family of 15 visiting St Thomas! It was exactly as described in the listing and I’d recommend it to anyone. We especially loved the volleyball court, kayaks, and snorkeling gear at the house. Bring water shoes, there are lots of sea urchins. You’ll need some patience with the kitchen, but the pros of the house far outweigh the cons. The oven takes about an hour to preheat and we had trouble with two of the burners. The ice maker in the fridge wasn’t working but there’s a huge commercial sized ice machine in the lower level. Two of the rooms downstairs are suites, with a door separating the main bedroom from the living room with a pull out couch. Perfect for traveling with little kids. The third downstairs room is actually a second master bedroom. 3 of the bedrooms have ocean view and they all have en suite bathrooms. There are safes in all the closets. The location is great is an easy 5 min drive into Red Hook with several grocery stores, shops, and restaurants nearby. Also right by the ferry to St John. We hope to stay at Sea Star Villa again!

The best wedding week!
We had the best time celebrating our destination wedding with our friends and family at the Sea Star Villa. This villa is within 5 minutes of Red Hook, and is about 25 minutes away from the airport. The house was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with, the views were stunning, the pool is immaculate, and there is a commercial ice maker on site! We truly had the best time, and everyone on the trip enjoyed their stay! We made memories that will last a lifetime.

The house is perfect. Prefect location and amenities. We stayed here with 10 guys , all of us stayed comfortably. The house and property is perfect with the views of the water and volley ball court, not to mention the infinity pool right out the back door. I highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The property manager Chris was great and the concierge Molly that I dealt with was amazing as well. Great experience and highly recommend

Great place
Overall we thought the property was well maintained however would suggest a few improvements. The Kayaks were missing a plug and one of them we had to repair a leak because it had a hole in the bottom and kept taking on water. We were able to do a McGyver and fix it but they all could use some TLC. The grounds were clean and the house was presented in good condition.

Beautiful location
The house could use some updating. Some windows wouldn’t close all the way to increase energy efficiency. Some things were not working properly such as only 2 out of four ranges on the stove and the oven took over 40 min to preheat. However, the property manager was very respawns helpful. The location was everyone’s favorite. Everyone enjoyed the pool and breathtaking view.

Awesome
This is an outstanding property for a large family like ours. The layout was also great. The adults stayed upstairs ( along with our youngest grandson 14 months ) and the rest of family members stayed downstairs. Which they loved. Every think in kitchen worked and we had enough plates and glasses. All the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and that was perfect. But the best was all the extra amenities, we were right on the beach and the Volleyball was a hit with my family plus the kayaks and paddle board and the younger boys loved going in the hot tub. So besides enjoying all the beaches and restaurants and sights in St Thomas the house was fantastic for our family. And between Chris and Christian they both came through for us to make our week at Star Villa the best ever. Many thanks.

Wow! Such an amazing property! The pictures don’t even do this villa justice. The house is all around luxury in my opinion. Chris wasn’t the most responsive prior to our trip but was very communicative and accommodating during our stay. We actually had an issue during our stay and he was there within 20-30 minutes. We had zero complaints about any of the amenities. Most anything you need was already there- washing detergent, event decorations, coolers, kitchen supplies, etc. We had plenty of room for our wedding party and festivities. Our stay was so amazing and all of our guests had a great time! Only down side- beach is unswimmable due to rocks and urchins but multiple people went out on kayaks and snorkeled. So many great beaches worth traveling to and the pool was a hit so really nothing lost with the beach access. Definitely bring water shoes if you want to use the beach for great snorkeling! We will be back, 20/10 stars from our group.

Sea Star was a fantastic place to have a family vacation.
There were 12 of us, seven adults, four teenagers and one 4-year-old. Seastar was a perfect fit for the group. We were able to spread out in the house and everybody had a bed and was comfortable. The pool was really the center of attention, we spent a tremendous amount of time enjoying the pool - day and night. We mostly cooked our own food and there is a wide variety of grocery stores on the island. But food on St Thomas is extremely expensive. The kitchen was very well equipped. The view from the house is spectacular, but because of the rocks and the sea urchins, you can't really swim in front of the house. However, the beaches on St Thomas are gorgeous and only a few minutes drive from the house.

Paradise on Earth
My wife and I spent five nights with two of our kids, their spouses and Grandkids. There was a king suite for each couple and older Grandkid. The kitchen and living area was spacious. The pool area, right on the water, was breathtaking. We ate breakfast by the pool and all but one dinner. It was so nice to come back to the pool after being at the beach each day. The villa was located close to Red Hook for shopping and the ferry, and Coki, Sapphire and Lindquist beaches. We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend Sea Star Villa.

Great location
The house is accurately advertised. Our check in process was flawless, with lots of communication with the owner and his team. It’s a big house, well suited for a large party. We enjoyed the location and being next to the ocean. We would return ti this home.

Beautiful house
Beautiful house and location. Only downfall was the hot tub not working and the pool being cold for the little ones, but overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend

Pictures don't do this property justice. 6 bedrooms 7 baths, there was plenty of room for all 17 of us! Will definitely be back!

We purchased SeaStar Villa USVI knowing we could make it the best most desired vacation home on St. Thomas. We are continuously adding features and making small changes to update the property and create the perfect resort style vacation home. You wont want to leave the house because of the amenities we provide. Our Villa is located on the East End of St. Thomas close to Red Hook but just far enough away where you almost feel secluded on your own island.
