The villa can accommodate ten guests in five private en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, A/C, and ocean-view terraces are in the Main house. Two additional bedrooms with similar features are located in the Main Level Tower.
The lower level has a full-size apartment with a private entrance, garden access, living area with fully stocked kitchen and a private queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Next to the main villa's living room step out to the main terrace with outdoor dining for ten, a grill, loungers, and an infinity pool with amazing ocean views. A second large terrace with private lounge space and dining area surrounded by tropical trees and flowers. The villa uses solar energy, has a generator for power outages, and a carbon/UV water purification system.

The Villa is in the safe neighborhood of Mahogany Run, close to Charlotte Amalie, Red Hook, beaches, and the St. John ferry. It has an additional private gate for more privacy, and every rental includes a complimentary Concierge service.

We provide beach chairs, towels, toys, and coolers for guests. The villa also includes quality towels and sheets. Each bathroom is stocked with spa-quality soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, wine cooler, stainless appliances, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, small appliances, and wine/champagne glasses.

Explore St. Thomas from our central location! Our island is perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, and scuba diving. You can also visit historical sites like Black Beard's Castle, Tombstone Rock, and Ninety-Nine Steps. Plus, beautiful beaches like Magens Bay, Hull Bay, Coki Point, and Lindbergh are just a few miles away. We absolutely loved this villa! It’s beautifully designed so that everyone has their own bedroom, bathroom, and balcony, which made it perfect for our group. The common area is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed—and then some! The location was great, about 20–24 minutes from all the places we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again when we return to St. Thomas.

A beautiful home in St. Thomas

We rented Villa Del Mar for 10 us to attend my son's wedding on Magen's Bay and it was just perfect! The 5 private suites allowed everyone some privacy and the main open great room easily held everyone. There was plenty of eating spaces for family dinners and a family brunch we hosted for 15 of us. The gourmet kitchen had everything anyone would need to cook including my gourmet DIL and she is hard to impress! Tressa could not have been more available! The only downside if you can call it that was the power went out on the island on 2 separate days of our stay but the generator immediately kicked on and we were never really without power. Highly recommend for your St. Thomas vacation!

Beautiful Family Retreat

Our Family of 9 ( 7 adults and one infant and one toddler) spent a beautiful week at Villa Del Mar. Tressa and her husband made sure we had cribs delivered and ready to go once we arrived from our long journey, excellent driving directions to the property and overall the Villa was well stocked with supplies. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices. That says a lot when we have a family that enjoys cooking together. The layout of the bedrooms worked perfectly for everyone to have their own room and balcony allowing each person to have their own time. The views are absolutely amazing and we spent most of our time around the pool with lots of pool amenities available for use. It also has everything you need for beach days. We have rented homes in the Caribbean before for family vacations. Villa Del Mar is absolutely one of the best places we have stayed. The 5 star review is well deserved.

Breath taking property with gracious hosts

We stayed at the Villa for a week with a party of 10, enjoying the natural beauty surrounding the villa. The views were amazing and very calm quiet community. The house was amazing. This is an absolutely beautiful villa overlooking the ocean in St. Thomas. Four private king size bed rooms each with their own private balconies and bathrooms. The kitchen and living area are very spacious to prepare and enjoy meal times with other guests and friends. It's perfectly located close to all the major attractions St. Thomas has to offer. Perfect get away!

We went on a trip with 4 couples. The house was perfect lay out, each couple was able to have their own private room with bathroom. Living room and kitchen were both large enough it never felt crowded with 8 guests. Scenery was breathtaking and management was super helpful and was able to answer any questions!

We fell in love with St Thomas on our first visit, and fell in love with the breezy Northside of the island. From the calm, warm seas to the terrain perfect for day hikes, St. Thomas seemed to draw us in with its beauty at every turn. We are a family owned and managed property. We provide one on one service to each guest, and as on-island owners, we can point you to all the great restaurants, tours, etc.

Why they chose this property

We were drawn to St. Thomas for the spectacular views after hiking the mountain tops, the calm ocean bays perfect for relaxing at any age and the undersea world teeming with life. As a family of avid scuba divers, it was imperative to us we found beauty and abundant life not only above the sea, but below. For scuba divers or snorkelers, there is always something remarkable when you peer below the surface in St. Thomas.
In the hunt for our family home on St. Thomas, the Villas carved into the side of the mountains of Mahogany Run were truly unforgettable. Villa Del Mar was love at first sight. St. Thomas seemed to draw us in with its beauty at every turn, but the views from the multiple terraces, infinity edge pool and main villa instills a calmness we’ve been unable to find elsewhere.
