After our highly appreciated and beloved villa Casa le Pigne, (ref 607748, 100+ 5 stars reviews), we have opened since 2018 nearby a beautiful vacation opportunity: a wonderful restored 17th century Podere (Farm) with 5 comfortable 1 and 2 BR apartments :The Podere La Valle.

The Apartment FORNO is one of them. First floor, very comfortable with a large and luminous living room with open fire and fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom near Full bathroom with tub. 140cm sofa bed in the living room. This apartment can be easily combined with apartment BELVEDERE, just in front.

The Podere offers all you have dreamed on : a large pool (14x6m) with a large solarium, a spa with jacuzzi, IR sauna and steam bath open the year round, 150ha forest and the Tuscany at your feet. We can accommodate 16 people + in total.
Guests have access to the pool (14x6m) from June to end September and to the Spa all the year round.
Every appartement has antique furnitures, comfortable beds, 1 or 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, open fire, and floor heating. NEW for more convenience : usb outlets in the bedroom !
The 150 ha property gives opportunity for many walks in the forest and discovery of the Tuscan wilderness.
Our Podere is 40 minutes away from Florence and 30 min from Siena. The nearest village (Castellina in Chianti) is 7km far. You find there a small supermarket, groceries, wineshops, banks, ATM, and 8 restaurants.High level of comfort in the Countryside: swimming pool, Spa, and lovely garden with bbq, petanque and walks in the forest.

Wonderful Stay at La Valle

Perfect place to stay for day trips in Tuscany. It was wonderful to hike and then enjoy time in the spa. Would come back again.

Spa is really nice, very quiet and relaxing place. We went during the slow season, so we had the whole place to ourselves! Many great wineries nearby.. excellent coffee machine we can use from the lounge area. We did not miss it, but for TV lovers, there was non in our apartment (just one in the common area forAll the guests to use).We would recommend highly still though !

Great stay!

It was a great location, beautiful house and pool. We really enjoyed our stay! We would have wished for an air condition or at least all windows with a fly screen, as it gets very hot in the apartment

It was absolutely beautiful!!

This place was amazing and the first we’ve stayed at that looked even better in person than in the photos. The buildings, grounds and amenities were very well done and well kept. Hearing the birds and the views were spectacular. We were welcomed by a gorgeous rainbow our first day there. We’d love to return for an extended stay of 1-2 months if that’s possible.

Perfect holiday flat to relax

There is nothing to complain about in the holiday flat. We had the flat "Torre" and felt very comfortable. You can relax perfectly and the pool and spa area are great. Herbs grow all around the house and can be used for cooking. Gerome and his daughters are very friendly and helpful. Likewise, you can always turn to his staff, who are present every day. The complex is suitable for couples' holidays as well as for families. But then you should take one of the larger flats. When we arrived, everything was perfectly clean and prepared.

Très bel endroit, très bon emplacement à moins de 10 minutes de Castellina, très bien tenu. Le spa est merveilleux, très spacieux et bien équipé.Quelques petites marches de longueurs variables faisables directement depuis la maison.

Verstecktes Kleinod

Das Agriturismo von Jerome befindet sich mitten in der Natur, einige Kilometer vom nächsten kleinen Städtchen Castellina entfernt. Es ist wirklich sehr schön und bietet jede Menge Komfort. Das Spar war toll. Auch die Wallbox für unser E-Auto hat den Urlaub erheblich entspannter gemacht. Jerome und seine Frau sind sehr nett. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Séjour à La Valle

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour à la Valle. L'appartement Forno, que nous avons occupé à 3, est très agréable et bien équipé et très confortable. Il y a des moustiquaires judicieusement placées de part et d'autre de l'appartement permettant de créer un courant d'air. Dans les éléments à améliorer, à notre goût, Il manque juste un miroir supplémentaire en plus de celui de la salle de bain. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques avec une piscine, un spa, une salle commune avec Café à volonté. Le tout situé dans la campagne Toscane au milieu de cultures de plantes aromatiques. Des randonnées sont possibles avec des points de vues remarquables sur les environs. C’est un emplacement idéal pour y passer des vacances, tout en visitant les villes de Toscane comme nous l’avons fait. Nous reviendrons.

In Tallage abseits des Trubels befindet sich diese stilvoll aufgebaute Hofanlage mit mehreren Wohnungen, schönen Sitzgelegenheiten, einem großzügigen Pool und einem außergewöhnlichen Wellnessbereich. Zum Entspannen ideal. Sauber, komfortabel, zeitgemäß. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Ort zum relaxen

Wir hatten sehr entspannte Tage an einem ganz besonderen Ort. Das Appartement war wundervoll, sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Anlage ist mit viel Liebe und Verständnis für die Natur gestaltet. Der Wellnessbereich toll integriert und sehr gepflegt. Jerome hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir können das podere la Valle nur weiterempfehlen.

Un endroit extraordinaire pour les amoureux de la nature et des plantes médicinales. On est tellement proche de la nature sauvage qu’on y croise régulièrement des biches, renard et autres animaux de la forêt. L’appartement, la piscine, le spa et les places de jeux sont impeccables et tout fonctionne. Je recommande chaleureusement ce lieu.

Fantastique

Tout était bien - l'accueil de Yasime était fantastique. Avant le séjour, dès que j'avais des questions, Jérôme nous répondait dans un délai de 24 hres. La propriété a tout ce dont nous avons besoin. L'extérieur est magnifique. Seul mini bémol c'est que la propriété est à plus de 6km du plus proche village. Mais comme nous avions une voiture pour nous ce n'était pas un enjeu. Un séjour vraiment génial, je relouerais la même propriété sans réfléchir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement situé idéalement pour les visites de la région . La piscine est top, et la résidence a vraiment beaucoup de charme, sans oublier la gentillesse de Yasmine et Brigitte ! Nous recommandons cette location !

Why they chose this property

The Podere exhale a exciting historical smell : 1000 years ago pilgrims travelled the property and rest in a small "hospital" (visible ruins 300m from the house).
In the forest you will see wild boards and roes. Nice views on the Chianti landscape, one of the most beautiful in Europe.

What makes this property unique

The Podere is a jewel in this area. very comfortable accommodation, fit for everybody, from a young couple with kids, family or less fit people. I want Tuscany accessible for wheel chairs and i made this apartment for.
And the Chianti : the famous Chianti Classico wine, the tasteful restaurants (from a bistro to 1 star), the kindness of the people.
