Beautiful property & fantastic stay

Our family of 5 stayed at Giles and Helene's property in July this year and we had a fabulous time. The house is as stunning as the pictures. We enjoyed many hours poolside and dinners on the patio. The house is clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and so forth. The location is very quiet and only 10 minutes drive from the beaches in Anglet and 5 minutes from nearest super market. Giles and Helene are great hosts, keen to assist to make the most of your stay. We can highly recommend this house! Fun things to do in the area are surfing, hike up La Runne, dinner riverside in Bayonne, day trip to St Sebastian (and visit St Jean de Luz on the way back)

Nice area and OK house with room for improvement

Overall we had a great stay, and the landlord was very nice and forthcoming. The area was very beautifull and quiet. However, when we look at the price, there were several things, that should have been much better. For example: 1) The pool got dirty/yellow after one day because of lack of cleaning and maybe lack of chlorine in the water. We hat to try to clean it ourselves, with a machine, that was not effective. This we belive should be done by the owner. 2) The furniture around the pool were worn out 3) We got quite a lot of splinters from the wooden terrace 4) The dinnertables was very sticky and we were unable to clean it 5) The came af foul smell in the kitchen/living room, We do not know if it was from the sewers, but it was not nice to eat in this smell.

Maison magnifique et très bien équipée

Merci Gilles pour l’accueil dans votre maison. La maison est idéale avec 4 chambres et de nombreux équipements. La piscine et les extérieurs sont magnifiques. La localisation aussi est top, parfait avec des vélos pour aller dans toutes les villes alentours en quelques minutes. À très bientôt.

Sehr schönes Familienhaus mit Pool und toller Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt zu Fuß knapp 2 km vom ersten Strand und direkt neben einem kleinen Park. In 1,2 km gibt es zwei Bäckereien, einen Supermarkt und einen Weinladen. Die Aufteilung in Haupthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und einem schönen Wohn- und Essbereichmit Küche und einem kleinen Nebenhaus ist ideal. Die Kommunikation mit Gilles war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

80 quelques améliorations à faire pour que cette maison soit en parfait état

Dans les améliorations à prévoir régler les fuites dans le toit du studio et changer le mitigeur défectueux la salle de douche ensuite dans la maison réparer les toilettes de la salle de bains défectueuse changer le four défectueux et changer le bouton thermostatique du radiateur de la chambre car le chauffage se mettait en route par moments

La maison est vraiment très agréable , très bien conçu dans un esprit vacances . Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse en bois autour de la piscine avec ses nombreux transats , le coin apéro extérieur, le calme du quartier.

Maison formidable pour des vacances en famille !

Tout est prévu pour passer un séjour de rêve ! Cette maison est parfaitement équipée : des chambres, aux salles de bain, à la cuisine : l'équipement est tel qu'on se croirait comme chez nous ! Une grande pièce à vivre très agréable même si nous n'en avons pas forcément profité du fait d'une météo au top ! Jardin très bien entretenu, avec coin apéro, barbecue, coin repas et bien sûr la piscine avec un grand solarium en bois. Végétation permettant d'être à l'ombre si besoin. Gilles est un hôte très sympathique qui prend soin de ses clients ! Ménage en cours de séjour très appréciable. Commerce à proximité. Nous recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un séjour agréable, au calme, dans cette région superbe !
