Charming Waterfront Lakehouse Innisfil Cooks Bay 45 min from GTA !
A charming Lake House with over 2400 sq ft of sun filled rooms. Perfect for summer or winter getaways.
Quiet Community. No loud parties allowed
45 minutes from Toronto
Comfortably sleeps all guests. Wood burning fire place, dock, deck and firepit. Beautiful lake front, on Lake Simcoe. Gorgeous Sunset
Fishing is a perfect pass time from the luxurious dock
There is a lovely fire pit, perfect to roast smores in the evening.
The space
1. Check in: code will be provided
2. IMPORTANT: the cottage operates on a septic tank, it is very important that you don't flush any garbage (except toilet paper) down the toilet. Please use the garbage bins for other waste.
3. Tap water is safe! Soft water and is perfectly safe for drinking and cooking, however you may prefer bottled water for drinking, please bring your own bottled water if you want.
4. Please feel at home during your stay, everything in the Lake House is for you to enjoy, including all kitchen items and outdoor space. The kitchen is fully equipped, there's also paper plates on the top level shelf in case you don't feel like doing the dishes. We just ask that you also treat it like your own home and put everything back where it belongs after you're done.
5. There's a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink and first aid kit in the main washroom on the ground floor.
6. Fire pit: if you do want to use it, please ensure you’ve checked prior for any fire bans during your stay.
7. BBQ: you'll need to turn on the propane tank to use the BBQ, please make sure it's turned off after you're done. (the bbq is available weather permitting, during winter months snow can affect this)
8. The dock is available between June - Sept
9. TV has prime, plex and roku
10. Garbage: There is a Recycle Bin and Garbage Bin.
It is important that you don't leave any garbage out as it will draw animals.
Simcoe only takes Garbage every other week and Recycle Bin every other week.
If you have excess please refer to the local land fills (there are 4 nearby).
11. Check out: Make sure windows and doors are locked and all lights are turned off
