Private Island Cottage is located on 30,000 islands near Killbear Park

Private cottage with 2 acres on Rose Island with 300 feet of waterfront on Georgian Bay. It is located in the 30,000 islands close (2km by boat) to Killbear Provincial park. The cottage is water access only, so renters must have a boat. The cottage is very private and has southern exposure. The dock has deep water access (12')
Guests have access to the entire cottage that includes volleyball, badminton, kayak, paddleboat & horseshoes.
Georgian Bay 30,000 islands is a place to explore, with endless boating options. Killbear park is very close and Massassauga park can be reached in a day trip. Franklin Island is also another great spot to explore. Or have a picnic on the Pancake islands. Take a trip to Shipwreck island and take a hike or stop at Henry's famous fish restaurant. Or just sit back on the muskoka chairs with a cold beverage.
There is parking (no charge) at the Carling township public boat launch. You must have your own boat to access the cottage from the boat launch. The boat ride to the cottage is approximately 15 minutes.
