Great place!

The property was nice, clean, and spacious. Having 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer was a great! Minor problems: the microwave doesn’t work, the AC turned off when the house was not occupied (we came home to a sauna), and the driveway (outside) smelled like pee. I would consider staying here again after these issues have been addressed. Thank you!

We recently installed an upgraded thermostat so that guests can have their own code to adjust their temperature. The driveway odour is not from my property. The area is a farm community and my next door neighbour has goats, horses and chickens, so the smell could have come from that direction. I want to thank lama for being a trooper and giving us time to address the AC problem which we did immediately she alerted me to the problem.

Very hot. Very poor accommodations

The check in process took longer than it should as I never received a door code and the host was not responding. When we finally got inside the house was very very hot and he refused to lower the ac to a comfortable range. This went on for 2 days before we finally got him to lower it. It was set at 85 degrees. The microwave doesn’t work. Overall very poor experience in a very uncomfortable house.

I sent a text to the guest to inform me once the house cools down to a certain temperature. He did not call. He waited till morning. I immediately adjusted the temperature once I got his text.

Nice and comfortable

We really loved the location of the home - it was near Starbucks, a grocery store and the freeway. We did not need to contact the property manager but just for one thing. We requested a bbque pit and he provided a very nice one. However, we gave it 4 stars because of the backyard. The backyard is very nice and it is fenced in, which was one of the reasons we picked this property because of the ages of our children. However, the condition did not allow the children to play back there as the yard was full of sticker brides and we did not want them coming into the house. Other than that, we would definitely stay again.

Moreno valley

Not the same as pictures, dusty and spiderwebs everywhere. It’s good if you don’t plan on spending the day at the home. Just to sleep. Even that, the beds were uncomfortable

Nice location and very good owner

Owner was very attentive to our needs, and was very kind and cordial to us. The house works well for a family for a short-term stay. The house is near stores and malls.

A very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

We really enjoyed our time there. The house is very clean and spacious. It's located in a nice, quite neighborhood. There's a grocery store right down the street and in close proximity to Starbucks, Target, and Walmart. Toyin was an attentive host and we will definitely stay here again in the future.
