Het is een zeer luxe vakantiehuis welke keurig netjes is bij aankomst. We werden verwelkomt met koffie en vlaai. Dat er genoeg handdoeken en keukenlinnen is is ook fijn. De verhuurders zijn aardige mensen die meedenken. Minpunt is echter de vreselijk hoge wc's. Ik kan niet met mijn voeten aan de grond komen als ik er op zit. En de vreselijk hoge spiegel in de badkamer. Daardoor is deze eigenlijk onbruikbaar voor mij.

Wat een schitterend plekje voor een relaxte vakantie in Limburg. De tuin is echt een heerlijk plekje om te zitten en je loopt er vanuit je huis zo naar toe. Alpaca's, schapen en kippen zijn er. Voldoende ruimte om te spelen. De eigenaar had de trampoline nog niet opgezet maar toen hij zag dat de kinderen er waren deed hij dat alsnog, erg aardig. Het huis is netjes en compleet, badkamer zeer netjes, fijne douche. Bedden liggen erg goed. Je merkt in alles dat de eigenaars erg zuinig zijn op hun huisje: er liggen overal briefjes dat je niets op de vensterbanken mag leggen en er werd ons dikwijls op het hart gedrukt ons afval het liefst dagelijks in de grote containers te gooien ivm mogelijk stankontwikkeling. Fietsen kunnen netjes gestald worden in de ruime schuur: let op daarvoor krijg je een afstandsbediening mee, daarmee gaat de deur open. Wij wisten dat niet en stonden te rommelen met de sleutel die niet werkte, dat leverde even een misverstand met de eigenaresse op (we hadden de fiets tijdelijk in de hal bij de voordeur gezet, wat zeker niet de bedoeling was) wat we heel erg naar vonden omdat we het echt niet verkeerd bedoeld hadden. Hierdoor hadden we een beetje nerveuze start van de vakantie maar uiteindelijk konden we wel ontspannen. Alle voorgaande reviews kloppen eigenlijk. Het is netjes, de eigenaren zorgen voor een warm welkom en afscheid. Ja je hoort inderdaad pratende mensen door de muur overdag en 's avonds, wij vonden dat niet erg. Ze zullen ons ook hebben gehoord. Een aanrader, zeker met mooi weer als je buiten kan zitten.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Epen. De vakantiewoning voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. De ligging, in het Geuldal, is perfect om direct vanuit de woning mooie wandelingen te doen. De woning was super schoon. De woning is voorzien van een ruime keuken, heerlijk ruime badkamer, fijne bedden en een comfortabele zithoek. De bedden waren al opgemaakt en er is ruim voldoende bad- en keukenlinnen aanwezig. De ontvangst was perfect. We hebben samen met de eigenaresse de woning doorlopen en er stond al een heerlijke vlaai klaar en de koffie werd direct voor ons aangezet. Er ligt voldoende informatie in de woning over de omgeving. Als er vragen waren kun je altijd bij eigenaars terecht. Er zijn diverse restaurants op loopafstand en ook is er een bakker en supermarkt om de hoek. Bij vertrek kregen we nog een fles zelfgemaakte appelsap mee naar huis. Wat een verwennerij. Deze vakantiewoning is echt een aanrader.

Wat een heerlijk huis! Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er ontbreekt werkelijk niets. Aan alles is te merken dat het huis met veel liefde en aandacht is ingericht. Prachtige keuken, heerlijk ruime badkamer, fijne bedden, comfortabele zithoek. Daarnaast werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Roland en stond er een heerlijke Limburgse vlaai voor ons klaar. Klein minpuntje was dat de schoonheidssalon van Margriet direct aan de woonkamer van het appartement grenst waardoor je overdag soms wat gepraat hoort. Wij vonden dat niet storend. Ook fantastisch is dat je vanuit de voordeur zo het prachtige Geuldal in loopt. Wij komen zeker terug.

De vakantiewoning voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Mooie ligging aan de rand van Epen en de beschikking over een aparte tuin met schitterend uitzicht. Gastvrije ontvangst en ook tijdens het verblijf regelmatig prettig contact met de eigenaren. De woning zelf is ruim, mooi ingericht en erg schoon. De meegenomen fietsen konden in de garage gestald worden, de auto op eigen terrein. Echt een aanrader!
