Amazing location

Lovely property, right on the beach. Perfect for Kayaking and swimming, especially when the tide is in. It's also great location for cycling and the small ferries make it easy to get around and explore the region without the car.Vannes is a lovely town with good shops and restaurants.

Très jolie maison, facile à vivre et bien équipée, situation merveilleuse

La maison est agréable, spacieuse, bien équipée. L’emplacement, sur le Golfe du Morbihan, au bord d’une petite plage, avec accès direct au chemin des douaniers depuis le jardin, est parfait. Les environs offrent de superbes balades. Un endroit idéal.

Magnifique propriété avec une situation géographique exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un fabuleux week-end du 11 novembre 2022 en famille dans cette magnifique maison très très bien équipée. Sa situation géographique est idéale pour visiter ce superbe Golf du Morbihan. Cette maison se situe au bord de la plage. Nous remercions le propriétaire Guénolé ainsi que Stéphane (présent à notre arrivée et à notre départ), pour leur gentillesse, leur accompagnement et leur disponibilité. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Superbe emplacement

Mais quel bel endroit ! Tout est conforme à l'annonce. La maison est agréable, fonctionnelle et l'espace extérieur est hyper agréable avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe. Un canoë est à disposition pour explorer les îles alentour. Nous aurions bien prolongé notre séjour. Mention spéciale à Guénolé, toujours disponible.

Jolie petite maison les pieds dans l'eau

Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant avec une vue et un accès direct sur le golf du Morbihan. La maison a été rénovée récemment, moderne et tout confort. Un bel endroit où nous retournerions avec plaisir !

Bel emplacement mais trop de problèmes dans la maison

Très bel emplacement au bord du golfe. Communication facile avec les propriétaires. En revanche pas mal de travaux à prévoir dans la maison pour qu'elle soit louable : problème de fenêtres, de canalisation, de lave vaisselle... ca fait beaucoup surtout au prix de la location de la maison.

Trés bon emplacement, trés calme et correspond bien aux photos. Beaucoup d'espace dans la maison . Celle ci est sombre mais doit être rénovée. L'accueil est sympathique et les propriétaires à l'écoute . (La location du linge est en sus).

Nice Family beach house. Perfect for Young kids. Shallow waters in front of the house and you can kayak.
