Incredible new construction home in Savannah's Historic District. Three bedrooms upstairs. Great family living room and kitchen downstairs plus giant porch with gorgeous outdoor furniture. Parking is all on street and free in front of the home.

All bedrooms are upstairs in this home. There is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom. There are 2 guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom off the hallway. There is also a daybed with trundle on the upstairs landing.

We booked this super cute house for a girls weekend, with 6 girls from all over the United States. The house was exactly as described and how the pictures show it. We had an amazing stay in Savannah! The weather was fabulous and we spent hours on the porch. The home is beautiful and has so much room to chill. The high ceilings and woodwork are spectacular. 3 very large bedrooms and a bonus trundle worked great for our group. We could walk to the river, Forsyth Park, shopping and restaurants.

This property was the best I have ever rented. It was everything promised and more. Beautiful home and kitchen was fully equipped for anything you might want to cook up. The wrap around porch was the perfect place to begin the day with coffee and to end the day with cocktails. Location of the home was perfect as many of the places we wanted to go were walkable. Would definitely rent this home again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The house is very comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location was perfect. On a quiet street and close enough to walk to everything. Parking in Savannah is tough so it was nice to be able to walk and not have to figure out parking. We really enjoyed getting to see more of the city that way too.
