This low profile south-west facing cabin is located on the beautiful shores on Lake of the Woods and has road access. The cabin, beach, and dock are all wheelchair accessible. The three bedroom (queen bed, double bed, and a bunk bed with a twin over double) and full bathroom (tub/shower) cabin sleeps 7 people comfortably. The family room includes sofa, loveseat, lounge chair, 42" TV, DVD player, and wifi with Netflix. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and pellet stove for cooler days. It is 1450 sq. ft.
The 16'x28' attached deck includes a 10x10 screened in gazebo with table, chairs, and clothesline. On the lawn in front of the cabin, you will find a firepit overlooking the beach, dock and lake.
The 3 finger pipe dock is brand new and includes a 16'x20' fish cleaning shack with running water (the fish cleaning shack is not photographed). The property has a large private beach and includes the use of 2 adult and 2 kids kayaks, a canoe, lounging chairs and beach toys.
The fishing is phenomenal: Walleye, Perch, Crappie, Bass, Northern Pike, Musky, Trout, and Whitefish. A guide can be arranged with enough notice for additional fees. Wildlife is seen daily. Keep your eyes open for otters, beavers, turtles, deer, bears, duck family, geese family, and eagles to name a few daily visitors.
Lake of the Woods is over 70 miles (110 km's) long and wide. It contains more than 14 552 islands, and 65 000 miles (105 000 km's) of shoreline. It would amount to the longest coastline of any Canadian lake, except that the lake is not entirely within Canada.
Children welcome; there are no additional fees for children 17 and under. NO PETS.
