Riverside Historic District vacation rentals

We enjoyed our quick visit to New Bern. Easy, personal check-in. We walked downtown to dinner, about 15 or 20 minutes, depending on where you want to go. The unit is recently updated. Very comfortable. Everything you need for a nice stay is included. So quiet in that neighborhood. The train track is nearby, so there is an occasional train that you will hear. We would be happy to stay there again.

We absolutely loved this home! Dan and Chris were great!! The home was very clean and they provided everything we needed for a great weekend! We will definitely book again in the future.

We had twelve people of many ages and this house was a great fit. The river and view are beautiful. It's so nice to be able to kayak right from your backyard. The kitchen is well stocked for all kinds of cooking and everything was in good working order.

Great location to downtown. If you like a historic home setting this is the place to stay. Also hostess has beautiful artwork throughout the home. Full kitchen and great outdoor seating areas.

Our 1st visit to New Bern and this home didn’t disappoint. PJ is very easy to reach & check in was seamless. Upon arrival the home was very clean and exactly as described. The beds were very comfy & loved enjoying morning coffee on the porch. There are train tracks behind the home which were quite busy in the evening but overall didn’t disturb us. The home is in great walking distance to the Riverwalk & shops. Love the history of the town. We’ve stayed in VRBO’s all around the Country & this one is one of the best we’ve stayed in. Weekend getaway. Owner and his assistant were quick to respond to an issue we had.

My partner and I had a wonderful time on our short visit to New Bern. The house was very nice and clean, well-stocked and had everything we needed. So many thoughtful touches, like bottled water in the refrigerator, night lights, comfortable bedding, noise machines, extra chargers and more. Close to downtown so we were able to walk everywhere. Communcation with the owner was seamless. The only negative was the traffic and the noise from the breweries close by. There was a beer festival on the Saturday night we were there, so I know that would not be a usual occurence but there was definitely more loud traffic than we expected. However, the house was so nice and the back porch was lovely that we would not hesitate to stay again!
