Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2 bath home across from Manito Park on Spokane's South Hill. The house features a full kitchen with eating area and great room, formal living and dining areas, 3 main floor bedrooms all with queen beds. There is a full main floor bathroom and 3/4 bath with laundry in basement. Covered front porch with swing and plenty of off street parking. The house features a smart tv as well as WiFi throughout the home.

Beautiful stay in Spokane

It was a perfect location to stay with Grandparents as we celebrated a college graduation. I enjoyed daily walks through Manito Park and the house was beautifully decorated and spotless. Such a comfortable stay- highly recommend!

This is a wonderful property at a great location. The house is well laid out for what we needed. The host is fantastic and very quick to respind. We will definitely have it in our list of favorites for our next visit to Spokane.

A gem of Spokane

The property is beautiful. The house is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated and accommodating. The neighborhood is iconic. When I think of Spokane and arrange a trip to visit — it begins with trying to secure this property for our stay and it delivers every-time! I visit Spokane often — like a home away from home for many reasons and I will always try to stay here in the future.
