Our classic and cozy, well appointed home is located a short walk from Manito Park and in a highly desired South Spokane neighborhood. From our near perfect location, you can walk to parks, coffee shops, or drive to Spokane`s hospitals in a few minutes, or be downtown in 5mins. Our place has been a quiet oasis for many nurses and out of town doctors. Our quiet and safe home offers 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, with an updated and bright kitchen and bath. Large bedroom upstairs and unfinished and open basement if you like to workout from home

The House Rules are as follows:

NO SHOES: shoes off inside, please help us keep the place clean
NO MAILING PACKAGES (RECEIVING OR SENDING)
NO PETS OF ANY KIND
NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is an established neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Please respect our neighbors. All noise level must be minimal after 10pm. We do not want any complaints. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit (if collected) will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.

Excessive guests: more than listed on the reservation: $20 per guest/per night (must have approval)
Additional cleaning if the place is left with trash everywhere: $50

If there is any evidence of smoking in the home: $125 fee (again this fee is charged by our cleaners to remove the odor) pass through charge from our cleaners

Great place, clean, well thought out sundries and comfortable beds, chairs, loft furniture. Excellent contact with owner and check in/out process was simple. Keyless entry functioned nicely. Will rent again.

Evan’s communication was great. He responded very quickly to our needs. The house was clean and perfect for the two of us for the 3 night stay. Great location in the South Hill Neighborhood close to coffee, restaurants and shopping. Very easy access to downtown.Looking forward to a return visit and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The house is in an excellent location, walkable to Manito Park and Rockwood Bakery! It was clean, well furnished, and as described. Evan was super communicative and helpful. Just one thing to be aware of if you are traveling with young kids is the stairs to the upstairs bedroom quite steep and shallow.

We stayed here whileMy dad was at sacred heart in critical condition. We wanted a “home away from home” and that’s exactly what this home was. We were 5 mins from the hospital and could come and go for meals and walks in the park. Huckleberries was a staple for many meals as were a few lovely places downtown. I can’t thank Evan enough for his patience and hospitality in a very stressful time. We felt so much better having a warm and comfortable environment each night to come home too. We could cook and enjoy meals at home as well as grab food and bring it back and enjoy at the house. Each room was so cozy and all beds so comfortable!
