Welcome to your serene retreat in Bermuda! Whether you're here for a relaxing getaway or an adventure packed holiday, this property promises a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty.

Nestled on the picturesque Turtle Hill golf course, this quiet sanctuary offers breathtaking views overlooking the famous Horseshoe Beach, just a 15-20 minute walk away.

Unwind and rejuvenate on the deck, listening to the lapping waves from the beach. The deck is 75'x22.5' and includes an outdoor bar, hot tub, bbq and loungers...so room for you all to spread out. Access to the house is downstairs set of stairs so please take that note for anyone with mobility issues.

The restaurant, Boundary, is a short 10 minute walk and is on top of the golf house for Turtle Hill Golf course.

The Reefs hotel is a 5 minute drive from the home where you can rent vehicles to get around, including electric two seater cars, mopeds and both electric and regular bicycles. You can also enjoy the Reef hotels spa and several restaurants including Coconuts on the beach.

The railway trail is also accessible from the home and you can walk, run or bike it and enjoy beautiful views with many areas beautifully shaded with gorgeous flora and fauna of Bermuda.

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Everything was just as shown online. Plus, the kitchen supplies and anything else we needed were available. A great time was had by all six of us. Jessica was very helpful at every step. Some of us used the hot tub every day. Overall, the place exceeded our expectations.

Great views at Southern Views

This is a beautiful property - well appointed - and with breathtaking views of Horseshoe bay. Everything was perfect - close to bus line - close to the Fairmont - so good restaurants, beaches, etc. I would recommend for couples or for families to decompress on the beautiful island of Bermuda.

Incomparable view, wonderful stay

Our family enjoyed a few weeks in Bermuda and loved our stay at Horseshoe Bay Vista. We chose the Southampton area because of the proximity to great coves and beaches. The view of Horseshoe Bay - one of the world’s top beaches - was a wonderful daily treat. Kim and her husband were so gracious and helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful property and amazing hosts!

My family and I had an amazing time in Bermuda. Our hosts went above and beyond throughout our stay, to the point of assisting us with securing transportation to the airport after our first ride left us high and dry. The property is gorgeous, as well. Plenty of both indoor and outdoor living space, with lovely amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommended!

Views that never disappoint!

This was my husbands and my 7th visit to this wonderful island but our first VBRO rental. We stayed with our son and wife. It was their first visit to Bermuda and this place was wonderful and did not disappoint. The views are awesome! Property is beautiful and we had everything we needed. Kim was extremely accommodating. Great house with AMAZING view!

The house is beautiful & the views are breathtaking! We traveled with friends (3 couples) & the house provided plenty of space. The view of Horseshoe Bay is so stunning you may not want to leave the house! There are a couple restaurants within walking distance. The hosts, Mike & Kim, we very kind & helpful. We have stayed at many rental houses & this is definitely one of the best!

Wonderful property and hosts

We had a wonderful stay with gorgeous views of Horseshoe Bay! Our hosts Mike & Jess are great people, very kind and accommodating. The house was spacious and very clean :) Please note that the hotel and underground street to the beach are currently closed with the exception of the golf course and one of the restaurants. Try to book your transportation in advance (electric cars, mopeds etc). Our hosts also gave us names of taxi drivers and we were able to use the same driver to take the 8 of us to the beach and to dinner each day.

Wonderful Host! Jessica was easy to communicate with and very helpful in planning our trip. The home is spacious and each bedroom is very private. We LOVED having dinner on the patio in the evenings to the sound of the surf and the frogs. Check with Jessica about the best way to get to the beaches just below the house. We walked comfortably with three teenagers but the South road could be busy and not a lot of apron in a few spots. It took us about 15-20 minutes. Once the Princess Club pathway is open again, the walk would be quick and easy with just about any group that can manage a hill. Best part of this location is you get Horseshoe and its coves almost to yourself in the morning for a walk and after about 4 or so. We played by ourselves until 7 and walked home to grill out for dinner on the deck. Also a nice walk down to the Railway trail and up to Gibbs Lighthouse from here. Take the trail going West from the house. It’s beautiful.

My name is Jess, I was born and raised in Bermuda. I love all things nature and outdoors. I am the property manager and private tour guide for guests. This property rental was set up by my mother, Kim, who sadly passed from ovarian cancer. Running this property rental and welcoming guests brought her so much joy and I am honoured each day to be running it.

Why they chose this property

My parents purchased this property almost 20 years ago after considering renovating our previous childhood home or buying something new. One walk through the front door and out onto the balcony answered that question! The only reason to leave this deck would be if the wine ran out or it was bedtime! This view is nothing short of pure therapy but it's free!!

There is a local favourite restaurant under 10 minute walk away on the Fairmont property. Additionally there is the famous Turtle Hill golf course. Perfect location for your holiday in Bermuda.
