Your vacation condo also comes with newer sofa & love seat, tables and chairs, dining area for six inside, 4 on the screened in covered lanai. Master & Guest bedrooms have king beds and plenty of closet and dresser storage.
New flat screen TVs with cable (over 200 channels) as well as WiFi. Bedrooms also have tv's.
Location: shopping malls are less than 5 minutes from the condo as well as dining. Great location! Downtown with 5th Ave and Naples harbor is a five-minute drive and close to the beach too.
Golf/tennis: there are 18-hole par 70 course and 9-hole courses available to play as well as ten championship tennis courts.
The Pines is currently undergoing a complete restoration and is scheduled to open in the late spring.
Golf: No membership required. 18 hole full regulation course (Par 70) and a 9 hole executive course (Par 3). Golf Cart Rentals available. Tenants will be charged a greens fee of $35 per 18 hole round of golf before 11:30 am / $30 after 11:30 am on the Pines Course and $17.50 per 9 hole round on the Pines Course and $20 for an 18 hole round on the Palmetto Course.
Pools: The Glades community features nine conveniently located heated swimming pools.
There is an application fee of $100 payable to The Glades Golf & Country Club. ID cards will be issued for $10 each. Parking permit will be issued free of charge.
