House Rules:
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am. *There cannot be more than 4 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 4 occupants overnight. *We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay. *This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found. *Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion. *Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply. *Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens. *Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors. *If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Tastefully done accommodations. Great location close to downtown restaurants/activities. Well stocked kitchen. Limited access to hot tub and outdoor area. Great communications with host who lives on the property.
We stayed here for the close proximity to Outlaw field at the botanical gardens. It was absolutely perfect and exceeded every expectation. This may just be the best BNB we've ever stayed in.
Very very nice spot in historic area of Boise.Unique mineral pool was relaxing and healing....would have paid to spend another 2 hours using the serene pool area but we were too busy biking and hiking and river tubing nearby. Girl trip so managed a little shopping!!Kitchen well stocked for meals!

Thanks so much for staying with us Kate - so glad you enjoyed your time in Boise and this unique home ;)
A perfect stay in Boise. The location (close to shops, restaurants, and gas stations) quiet neighborhood, and house was outstanding. Access to the hot spring pool is a bonus. The cleanliness and amenities exceeded our expectations. Easy to walk your dog in this very safe area.
The location was very nice. The house was clean and well appointed. My only issue is privacy screens are covering all the back windows making the living space very dark and a feeling of being closed in. There is a shared backyard with the owner that is absolutely the highlight of the house and you are entitled to a 2 hour time slot to use it. It would have been a 10 star review if this was part of the whole stay.
Could not use hot spring which was main reason we chose the property

Thanks for staying with us Heather. There was a fluke accident with a tripped breaker, but issue was easily resolved as soon as we knew about it. This will not impact any future guests.
In a lovely area within easy distance of all the things. Wonderfully decorated and all the necessities in the kitchen. Bedding/ and bed super comfortable. Thank you for sharing your geothermal pool!
Simply the best short-term rental we have ever encountered. Beautifully renovated and exquisitely appointed, comfortable for adults kids and pets alike. Host is responsive and kind, communications are clear. The outdoor spaces and pool are lovely. Even so, the most striking feature may have been the thoughtfulness evident everywhere, and the genuine care for the guest experience. We will surely find a reason to return.

This house is in a great location, but it’s very dark inside. The walls are painted in dark blues and turquoise and all the windows facing the backyard are blocked off with wood slats so very little daylight gets in. The reason for the blocked windows is that there’s a lovely garden and hot water pool back there that can be rented for 100 per hour. As a renter they allow one 2-hour session in the backyard. It’s accessed by the back door that unlocks automatically at your reserved time, then it locks you back inside the dark house a few minutes after the end of the session. The house also automatically locks you out at 10am on check-out day.
Very well appointed, really comfortable beds, and great location close to a trail system but close to town. We had a delightful stay. The host was an accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend!
Great place. Love the decor and the yard works great for the dog. The location is excellent - very convenient to downtown and the trails to table rock. All that being said, the highlight is the pool and the backyard. A unique and tranquil gem that makes the whole experience special.

Let me be clear the house was comfy and cute. The description for what we paid for was less than desirable. The pictures show a beautiful back yard to relax in. In reality we could not use the back yard except for 2 HOURS of our entire stay! The door was locked from the outside to not allow access...FIRE DANGER! Once we were using our 2 hours of back yard time we were being watched by the owner. Uncomfortable! Lastly, we brought our very well-behaved dogs and were told they could not go in the backyard at all. None of this was described in VRBO listing. So very FRUSTRATING.
We enjoyed our stay at this house. Loved the decor and was comfortable enough for lounging around and watching TV with our family in the evenings.
The beds were comfortable too!
