Common area backyard with fire pit and horse shoe pit- plenty of room to roam and spread out! **Please note that this is a VALUE property. While we strive to provide a clean, comfortable place to enjoy your stay, we are not a luxury property.** House is located close to all the very best Boise has to offer! 10 min to downtown, close to foothills and Boise River/Greenbelt. Walking distance to a local coffee roaster, Caffeina. Neighborhood has a great family park only 0.7 miles away.

All basic amenities were available.I would call this home solid and rustic. I would call, Katie (vrbo manager), cheerful. We only stayed one night. There is only 1 AC wall unit for the whole home in the kitchen and no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Bed frames were homemade and the mattress sat on plywood. Host was great to work with; very responsive.
