Beautiful backyard oasis!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. We were the first people to rent this place. Always hard to choose a place that has never rented before. We are so glad we took a chance. Ryan and Monica’s home is spacious and completely outfitted for long term rentals. They left a lovely gift basket which was very much appreciated and a very nice touch upon our arrival. The home is very well equipped complete with wolf stove, all-clad pots and pans- a real gourmet kitchen. The pantry was also stocked full of all the little things you need when renting - spices, paper towels, wraps and baggies. So nice not to have to purchase those items. And super classy!
They provided a very detailed tip and instructions sheet on how to use various tech stuff in the house. Very much appreciated as well. The back yard is an absolute oasis complete with lemon and orange trees. How nice is that, particularly for us Canadians who don’t have those types of trees. Complete with swimabale pool, spa tub, waterfall and sunset views over the mountains. The casita was very much enjoyed by family and friends who visited. Amazing! Monica and Ryan were also very good to deal with although we had no major issues. The only negative would be using a cell phone. It is difficult given the proximity to the mountains or their service provider. Plenty of hiking nearby and steps from the door. Also incredible dining right downtown Palm Springs along with local and public golf courses. We enjoyed modernism week and many tours as well as the PS Film Festival. We will definitely be renting next year!
